Wellen Construction is a privately held, family owned firm dedicated to the highest standards of business ethics and craftsmanship. Founder Rob Wellen established the company in Massachusetts in the early 1980s and soon asked his cousin Charlie Gadbois to join the firm. Always faithful to their founding values of quality, integrity and community, Charlie has led the evolution of Wellen into a premier partner for executive class construction.
Every home we build, every family we serve, is part of a community. As are we. That's why through our Wellen Cares initiatives, we work to give back to the communities we serve. This is a residential camp on Martha's Vineyard for adults and children with special needs. We sponsor the Camp Jabberwocky Fishing Tournament each year.
We take it as a mark of customer satisfaction that many of our clients in recent years, after building their exceptional custom home, asked us to manage construction projects for their professional spaces. This moved us to establish a commercial division at Wellen. Wellen Commercial has a dedicated team with expertise in building medical and dental offices, in addition to general professional office suites or entire buildings.
