I agree with previous reviews. Dealt with Shelby Heating and Air through my home warranty. The technician did absolutely nothing. Said he didn't know how to fix the unit, and suggested that I get a new one. He also smoked on the roof (where the AC unit was located), and we could smell cigarette smoke through the vents within the house. He was also very eager for me to pay the $75 after he told me he didn't know how to fix it. I called CHOATES and they fixed the issue the same day. The only problem was the wiring in the thermostat. This is a horrible company. Horrible. Call CHOATES
