Our heater broke down 2 days before the historic snow storm hit. It was fixed within 3 days. They drove out on the one day window between the first ice storm and the crazy snow storm to get it fixed. They even called to check on us. They saved our family of 2 humans and 3 dogs. I am beyond grateful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for doing what you do so well.

On 5/16/13 B C Heating & Air responded to a call from my warranty company. B C said that I needed a new coil on my air conditioner that is located in the attic of my home. On 6/5/13, they installed a new one. The air conditioner did not cool. Since B C could not come back for 10 more days, the warranty company sent out another company which said that the compressor located outside the house was not working. They replaced the compressor. Once the house started cooling, I discovered that the air conditioner was leaking through the ceiling into one of the bedrooms. I called the second company back
