We work with insurance companies and monitor the entire process to ensure the adjuster does not miss any hail damage. We then assure you get the best claim possible and work to get the right estimate. Most hail repair shops, us included, will cover your deductable and pay for it on the back end. This way you don't have to pay anything out of pocket, and can still get your vehicle repaired.

It is ILLEGAL for an insurance company to raise your rates/premium because of a comprehensive claim. Hail claims are an "Act of God" so they are carectorized as comprehensive damage. You already pay for insurance so we charge you nothing out of pocket, and cover your deductible for you. We pick up your vehicle from wherever you are, and bring you a loaner to drive around in the meantime.

Devin and the rest of the folks here took really good care of me and my car after the hail storms earlier this year. They made is very easy by picking my car up and then delivering it back to me when it was done and did all the haggling with the insurance company. I think this is the worst business I have ever had to encounter. I wish I could give them a 0 rating. They "fixed" my car and put a new roof on my house. Long story short, my car came back (after them having it for almost two months) to me and my car started coming apart while driving it within 6 weeks. No other repair place would touch it b/c they didn't want to be liable. My car became unsafe to drive. It began to shake, the hood was put on incorrectly, both tire fenders came off and had something hanging from the bottom. 2 different car places looked at my car and said that

I had a ton of hail damage from this past season. I had planned on getting it fixed after insurance cut the check. After going to kroger I found a post-it on my car saying to call the number. Their reps came by to tell us about their program and it sounded like a good deal- they also had an incentive bonus for referring others. I recently got a new car and a month later it got hail damage all over it. I took it to their shop and the owner made sure to go in deep detail of how they do paint less dent repair. I was so upset and nervous about the repairs but they did a beyond fantastic job with my car! When I got my car back it looked better than it did before. Drew noted that my car could use a little fixing up, and he was right. I had been avoiding dealing with all the hail damage from the 2019 microburst storm on my car. DFW Storm Solutions was able to take my car and get it fixed up quickly, even during the massive winter storm of Feb 2021. Update: Gabriel reached out this morning 6/11 and was very friendly and professional while discussing our concerns. DFW Storm Solutions handled everything smoothly. The roofers used were another company contacted by DFW Storm solutions. The actions and attitude from the roofing company when fixing the trim they damaged was the only issue we had during our experience. Now that all the work is done, we're very happy with the outcome.

Amazing company!! Made my car look brand new with an amazing paint job. Not a hail dent in sight. They even went out of their way to tweak some small things like my windshield visors and reattached them. They delivered my car to my house sparkling! Everything they say and advertise is true - you will not pay a deductible, they take care of everything & deal with the insurance company, the work is guaranteed, and your vehicle is returned looking like new! Bonus: Suzie brought my rental car to me and took my vehicle in. Once repairs were completed, they brought it back and took the rental away. EASY and I did not pay one cent!

Service is non existent here. My fiancé gave his car to DFW storm solutions after the hail storm. We were told we would get the car back in a few weeks due to the heavy volume which is understandable. We contacted them a few weeks later and the repairs were pushed back. Fast forward to two months later the car was still not repaired and not ready for us to pick up.

Every time we would call or inquire they would avoid us which is horrible customer service. Not having your car for two months is stressful enough but to add to that DFW storm solutions not responding to us or giving us a proper time

This company is very unorganized and love to give you a run around and eventually stops answering your calls. They take too long and there only excuse is can't find the part which most of the people reviewing are saying the same. Every time I called to check in they are always in a meeting. STAY AWAY!!!! They seem like a good company until they get possession of your car then you find out how unorganized and how unprofessional they are!!!! They have had my vehicles in their possession for two and a half months. I'm not joking, they literally have told me 4 times that one of my cars would be ready "next week" then the day when it was supposed to be ready they tell me oh, it's not ready. I'm very disappointed in the quality of work and communication here. I had 3 cars being repair here for hail damage. I had to called numerous times to get update of my 3 cars repair progress, since I didn't receive any update via email or text as promised. Each time I called they ensure my cars is in good hand and they seem to be very proud of their work. My Mercedes was the first car delivered today with dent, paint peel off and chips and the quality paint was uneven( see photos). I had to sent the car back! Management & the owner please deliver quality work as you claimed!

I was so impressed with the whole process. Customer service was outstanding. They made it so easy for me bringing my rental car to my house, picking up my car, and returning it to my house. Totally hassle free. When they brought my car to me, I saw one dent on the window frame that hadn't been repaired, and they whisked it away and brought it back repaired the next day. And the work is excellent. I had $9,000 worth of hail damage and my car is now pristine. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Going to start out with a quick summary...

PROS - no cost to me, no more dents, fleet cars available, will come to you to pick up and deliver your car
