Does not stick to the scope of work. He appears all eager to do the job and starts taking items off the list as time goes on. Watch out for this man; he tries to talk his way through everything but forgot what he told you on previous occasions. Constantly late, convienently having to run to Home Depot for more supplies.

We had Bella Vita Surface Renewal out to clean our ceramic tile floor and grout. After cleaning the grout was sealed. I have done this myself in the past but it was wonderful have them come out and clean everything for us. So worth it. Three months later I'm still happy. Spills wipe up easily. Looks great!

I own a business in Southern Indiana! Steve has come to Several of our networking events I host at our office. When he first talked about this new business. I was a little unsure that his surface treatments could make a big enough difference where we would want to spend the money to save money!
But he convinced me to try one floor, So I Did.
Now I am really upset because the floor we did looks so good that know I am going to do the rest of them.
All I can say is WOW! It looks amazing. Our team was afraid to walk on it because it looks wet. But it has been down for 24 hours.
