Unfortunately, Bath Pro was an awful experience. I am looking to remodel our master bathroom. Thankfully, they came out to take measurements for an estimate (which we never received), however the insults I received from their estimator were absurd. Comments such as "young people like you expect mom and dad to pay for this", "how do you expect to pay for this", "young people just assume this is a cheap project", etc. The estimator then told me they like to give out same day estimates, but 2 weeks later I have received no information back from them. Don't waste your time with getting an estimate

I had my bathroom remodeled by Bath Pro and the work performed was absolutely beautiful, I had my old bathtub and walls removed and had a walk-in shower installed with subway walls to the ceiling as well. During my appointment with Bath Pro at my home the salesman was polite and professional and I received the estimate same visit. When the installers arrived they were very careful not to leave a mess. I highly recommend Bath Pro if you want your bathroom professionally remodeled at an affordable cost. I did not experience anything negative whatsoever. So glad I did not go by the other review because
