After owning and operating South Santiam Plumbing for 19 years, Barb and Frank Legee decided to start a new plumbing business - Innovative Plumbing and Mechanical Inc. Frank is IPM's principal plumber, and runs the everyday activities of the plumbing business trade. Estimating, scheduling, meeting with customers, and the plumbing and design work.
