At our home, we had an issue with the handle of one of our toilets and two other small issues with toilet seats. They quoted us over $700 and tried to upsell us on things we didn't need. In the end, we declined the service, went to Lowes for a $5 handle and two $35 toilet seats, watched a YouTube video, and successfully fixed the problems while saving $600. Absolutely ridiculous price for such small issues. Would not recommend their service in the future.

WOW! What great work. Exceeded my expectations for coming so soon after I called and completing the work the next day. Yes, some added costs only because builder did not put a drain under the hotwater heater.
The tech BIll (hoping I remembered his name correctly) he did maticulus work and explained as he went along. We had some great conversations also.
So I can rest assured that my "New" hotwater heater will be running well and efficiently for many years.

I've had standing water in my kitchen sink since Christmas...I finally called for serviced this morning. We scheduled my service call for Monday, the first available time. Happily they called back because they could actually come by today. Miles was here at the argeed upon time, and quickly fixed the problem. We also discussed some future items for which I'll need a plumber, and I'll definitely be calling Linn Benton! Thanks, Miles, for the friendly, professional service.

This is the second time we have used Linn-Benton Plumbing. Miles was on time and gave us a very competitive bid on the two items we had called about, which was correcting a leaking master bath faucet and replacing an exterior hose bib. He completed the work quickly . . . very professional and friendly. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I've heard it said that, "if water's a bummer, call Jon the plumber," and a truer statement couldn't be made!! Jon Hatch, owner of Linn Benton Plumbing, brings a five star level of responsiveness and integrity to his plumbing work. My household had a clogged toilet that we couldn't fix ourselves. Jon was able to come to our home within hours of our calling him, and assessed what was going on with a deteriorated pipe. He somehow managed to locate the pipe buried underground in the backyard, and only replaced that portion necessary to remedy the problem. He communicated
