RJ Construction was founded in Pantego, Texas, by Robert Jordan in 2007 and services the DFW Metroplex, Kansas City, and South Carolina. Our goal is to provide a wide array of roofing and construction services, to meet any need that may arise, and to become your contractor of choice for all of your homeowner needs.
Asphalt roof shingles are commonly used on sloped roofs, single homes and smaller residential projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Greenville and Kansas City area. At RJ, we only carry the best asphalt roof shingles to assure that every finished project lasts and protects the home. In addition to having a variety of styles, textures and colors to choose from, asphalt roof shingles are cost-effective, durable and easy to maintain.
Asphalt can require re-roofing every 12 to 20 years, with the average age of roofing replaced in the U.S. being only 17 years. We reroof asphalt shingles because they are made of oil-impregnated paper or fiberglass, and it begins to deteriorate as soon as you put it on your roof. Just normal weather and the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays add to an asphalt roof's deterioration.

RJ Construction and Roofing has been such a pure pleasure to work with. I had to replace my roof on my home during a very difficult time in my life and didn’t need yet another task on my hands but Travis and Mark took such great care of me and my home and every lil detail this job needed. And was so patient and understanding when I needed to move the install dates a few time due to rain coming into my area. They brought out an incredible crew of men to not only get the job done quickly and efficiently but did an absolutely beautiful job and I enjoyed having them at my home for two days!

We got RJ construction's phone number from another neighbor who also had stormed damage. I was amazed at the speed and the extremely competent and thorough service that we got .Trent Fuller came to my home and explained everything to me he helped me handle the insurance paperwork. Any time I had a question he was Johnny-on-the-spot to get back to me with an answer. His crews were very clean very thorough very polite. I would definitely recommend RJ construction and Trent and Mark.I know it sounds crazy to say but they made having a roof replaced and ceiling damage a very easy experience.

During the February power outages and subsequent pipes bursting, rooms flooding and garage roof collapse, Danny and Shane from RJ Construction, were prompt in their response to our situation. Shane managed the correspondences with his office, schedulers and insurance adjusters to ensure we had the best support possible. In 2020, RJ Construction completed two projects for us. First, they repaired/replaced our roof, fixing a leak from our chimney. Second, they also performed a complete kitchen remodel, which included many other updates to our home including new flooring, a small addition, covered patio, and more. Known Danny a long time, he's a great guy so I reached out to him to help me with my recent roof problems due to a past hail storm. He helped me thru the insurance claims process and made sure someone was there when the claims adjuster was looking at my roof. Shane made the financing process easy and got me the best roof for my money. Kept me up to date on my project and was on site to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was giving up hope to ever find a good customer service oriented construction company. My bathroom remodel was a disaster and let's not talk about the kitchen remodel. BUT, I pointed my finger (well, looked on Google) and saw the good reviews and called R J-Construction. WOW!!! They have restored my faith. I had a small project, well, maybe not to them. Update: Shortly after presenting the non-remedied issues, the owner of RJ construction contacted me to address and resolve the problems.

They finally sent a project manager out last night to go through the repairs with me. It was very obvious that a valley that needed repair was not repaired by the workers that ultimately came out. I couldn't get out of the starting gate with this company! This company has good television advertising which is the component that led me to inquire. Clifford the dog is indeed a cutie. I needed a new roof and summoned a sales person to come to the site and estimate the job. They gave me a very good price and a contract to sign, and I took it to consider for a couple of days.

I was referred to this company by a friend to repair my roof so I could sell my house, and they did a phenomenal job! It was fast (even though we had to wait due to weather concerns--I don't want anyone on my roof when it's 20 degrees outside, either!), they walked me through everything and they were well within what I and my insurance adjuster were trying to work with.

I was referred by a friend regarding my roof replacement after the March 2016 hail storm. I watch anyone doing work on my house like a hawk. I was so impressed with the crew that replaced my roof. I actually felt comfortable walking away while they worked. This was not the case with my past roofing experience. The team was large enough to finish the house in one day. They did a excellent job, they were very particular and it shows. I have just had them back out to install some gingerbread on the house. RJ Construction completed a roof install for me in my rent house last summer. He walked me through the insurance process like a pro! Yesterday I called him wanting the wood on the chimney replaced and BOOM, today it was done. I am a construction inspector and contract manager by trade and I am always pleased with the professionalism, punctuality, and personalization of this company. Highly recommended.
