Oktay is amazing. On a Friday afternoon, after calling several other appliance service companies just to get sent to voicemail, Oktay answered my call and made my day when he said he could be at my house in 1 hour. He diagnosed the issue and found I needed a replacement part. Within 30 minutes of leaving my house, he contacted me to let me know he had already ordered the replacement part. Since it was an easy fix, he offered to only charge me for the part itself if I wanted to pick it up from him and install it myself rather than pay for him to come out to my house again.

Oscar was super helpful and came on a Saturday after we filled out the web form on the website the Friday prior. He was friendly and knowledgeable about our washing machine model. Although we didn't go further with repair, since the part that was broken would cost half as much as a new machine (original part from Maytag), he gave us an estimate short after discovering the issue. We would recommend going with him for appliance repair and definitely keep his number.

Professional repair service for a fair price. Excellent technical knowledge of almost any type of appliance. I highly recommend this company, they only do the necessary repair and replacement of the unit and a lot of times will advise on phone what needs to be done and whether or not certain type of work is required.
