We had our HVAC system replaced in 2016 by 5 star. We were having some issues with the cooling in the upstairs. "I must say" once we figured out the issue 5 years later, Joey and his team took care of us and replaced the furnace to provide the correct CFM Airflow. We know 5 years later, we could've been ignored or even told to pack sand. However they answered every phone call and stood behind their work 100%. We appreciate your loyalty. Regards, Carol

We had Mike from 5 Star remove old shower/tub fixtures and install new in two bathrooms along with some other needed pipe updates to bring our 1940s house us up to code. Mike was a professional, friendly, and cheerful person. He was very courteous, even wearing booties over his shoes while in our house. He also did a great job cleaning up the area. What a guy; great plumber! I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

Highly recommend 5 Star! Kevin was AMAZING! Excellent workmenship and customer service was incredible. I had to have my plumping redone and both bathrooms demo and updated. It took a few months due to other issues (getting someone to do the tile) and Kevin (and Joey) was always understanding and willing to work with me around the issues. Request Kevin if you have the option!!

I was told when scheduling this appointment that the plumber would come and look to see what the issue was and that would be $75. They would then tell me how much it was to fix the issue and ask if I wanted to continue. We were having issues with our hot water heaters working. He showed up, ran a hose out of the hot water heater, said it was working properly and we need to call the original plumber who installed the piping to fix the problem. He charged us $175. He did not do any repairs or quote anything first. He did no actual repair work. He charged us $100 to run a hose and tell us to call

T.J. Came out to 72nd st. Atlantic Court yesterday and today. He was just AMAZING! Professional,kind, intelligent and tenacious. He wasn’t going to stop until he figured out the problem, which he did along with being kind to the tenants in the building asking him questions as he is trying to work. This guy is going places and has integrity about himself, his work, and the company he stands behind.

5 Star PHC is THE BEST company we have hired in the OC area. We called to have our gas fireplace repaired and John was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Needless to say, our 18 year old fireplace looked BRAND NEW for such a reasonable price! When other companies wanted to sell us a $4000 replacement, John meticulously repaired it for THOUSANDS less!
