We are so pleased with our new roof! Larry Miller Roofing had done some repair work for us previously. We hired them to replace our roof because we had been happy with their prior work and we felt they cared about our roof as much as we did. The crew was wonderful and very accommodating. I contacted Larry Miller Roofing on Thursday and they came out Friday and fixed a gapping hole in my roof along with torn up tiles.. the guys that arrived went above and beyond to fix and repair my issues and then some. This has taught me there are good people out there and they are willing to help, without gouging your pocketbook. They left everything in pristine condition and you would never know that I even had anything done.. Beautiful job and great people...I can't thank them enough.

We used Larry Miller Roofing for our roof installation this month. We are very pleased with the quality and installation of the roof. Franco was the sales rep and would show up regularly to check up on jobs. The crew arrived daily on time and worked full days. They even used a metal detector to pick up all nails off our property. The pricing, service and quality are all top notch!

I totally recommend this company for a new roof installation. I worked with Franco. He was very responsive and listened to what I wanted. The company responded quickly to my contact and were very professional. The workers were very dedicated to doing the work and cleaning up afterwards. . I love my new roof and highly recommend Larry Miller Roofing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Never again. They lied about start dates. They lied about material used. They busted through my ceiling. They told me a job was completed and I paid them then found out a couple of months later they had not had it inspected yet. The roof had a leak and I called them and they have not responded. They probably went out of business. IMHO
Update 6/7/21: After posting the above review, Frank Miller called me. He apologized for not calling me back (since 5/24/21) but said he had not been told that I had called. He said he would repair the drywall damage caused by the leak. When this work is completed

Inquired about getting an estimate. Advised that I would be available after 2. They showed up at noon when I was not at home. Called Franco the next morning said he would call me back. 2 days later still no call back or estimate. If it is this much trouble getting an estimate and their miscommunication with the workers.. how would their work be?

Our old roof had Owens Corning desert tan shingles that lasted 19 years. The desert tan color looked good on our house so we decided to keep the same color and picked OC Duration shingles which have a 10 yr warranty for algae resistance.
A neighbor who had their roof replaced 2 years ago with OC desert tan shingles told us their roof install was done by Larry Miller Roofing and highly recommended them. Also, the OC website lists Larry Miller Roofing as a preferred OC contractor and they have been in business for 35 years. Their bid proposal was the best price.

Top notch service from the quote until the job was complete. The quote was excellent. All the workers took extra care to clean after themselves and ensure no rouge nails were left behind. They were extra careful to protect my dog from any nails. I was kept informed of progress. He was helpful and referred me to get wind mitigation inspection to reduce insurance costs. Very honest and hard working company. So lucky I found them!!

Received many quotes and Larry Miller had best quote using best material and process for replacing roof. easy to contact and quick replies to questions. work crew was professional, reliable, and courteous. Cleaned up daily and when work was done, job site was clean. good attention to detail (large roof with many sections and many areas of wood rot and damage to repair). would recommend Larry Miller roofing to anyone based upon price, experience, and quality of work. I needed what I thought was a small roof repair! I had quite a few roofing companies out for estimates. All were way to expensive for me. I'm on Social Security and have a limited budget. Larry Miller roofers not only sent someone out but they came prepared to do the job! Which they did at a reasonable price!! I recommend them to everyone in the Bay Area.

We had some water coming through our master bedroom after really heavy rains a couple of weeks ago. The hard part was, we were flying out of town the next day, and we couldn't leave the house with leaks going on so I started looking online for reputable roofers with great testimonials and reviews.
That is how I found Larry Miller Roofing. Frank got back with me within minutes of my text (even though it was before their posted hours). He got Alex and another great worker to our home within a couple of hours, fixed up what needed to in order to stop that leak, and it gave us the peace of mind

I can't say enough good things about this company.
We needed a roofer to come out ASAP as we had wasps entering the second story through a suspected opening where the first floor meets second story roof.
After calling 4 different companies that were unable to help because issue didn't have to do with shingles, or they couldn't get to us until end of the week, I got ahold of Franco at Larry Miller inc.
He said they could definitely fix it and they could have someone there in an hour!
They arrive and are so friendly, knowledgeable, and the fix the issue!! Highly recommend these guys

We began having leak issues last Spring/Summer (2015) during the rainy season. Larry Miller Roofing came out a few times to patch us up, but each time commented on how we really needed a new roof. They showed us areas where the previous roofer had done a shoddy job. We decided it was time to take the plunge and called them back for a roof replacement.
I worked directly with Frank Miller through the entire process. He gave me a quote which ended up being pretty spot on. They ended up replacing the entire roof (a little over 2000 sq ft) plus addressed some additional concerns we had with our chimney

Not Good: quote for leaks and vent was verbally priced, but nothing written, since Friday. The phone rep was brass, not fun, not easy, and not pleasant to talk too.
Good stuff: free and same day quote. The rep was direct and to the point with informative and sound minded information.
Comparisons: This rep, having over 25 years roof experience, mentioned what was done right on the roof (but two other companies, with 13 years or so experience, said it had to be replaced and that it was the caused of the leak). Hummm, who to trust?
