Installed new roof on time in 2 days (1.5 if you don’t count waiting for an inspector). Myself and some of my neighbors have found Sky Light Roofing to be good value and high quality. Danny (Account Manager) and Fernando (On-Site Supervisor) kept great communication and were very responsive to concerns. Install team worked fast, kept property clean and swept with magnet continuously for dropped nails. Highly recommended.

I have been working with my insurance company almost 11 months stressed and finally agreed I had to use their “Preferred Vendor” Sky Light Roofing. Day 1 their crew showed up by 7a.m worked straight thru till dark including in the rain. The person in charge Guillermo was very polite, thorough and walked me through the entire process. Guillermo addressed any concerns I had to ease my stress. Day 2 the crew was here early and my roof was completely redone by 5p.m. It looks amazing. I contracted initially to use another company but forced to use them and I must admit I’m glad I did. Thank you

I needed to replace my roof and doing this with Sky Light Roofing company was the best experience ever. The best company to call to find out the truth about the needs of my roof. I hired this company because of honesty, follow through, excellent communication, quality materials and a fair price. I was referred to Skylight roofing by another real estate brokerage. We needed to get a quote for replacing a few damaged roof tiles prior to closing. I called Skylight on Monday 1/11/21. They were very nice and scheduled an inspection for Tuesday 1/12/21 between 9-10am. I was advised that it would be 24-48 hours after the inspection for the quote. Great no problem. I called 24 hours later and was told it would only be after 48 hours. Okay great. I called back after 48 hours and was told sorry we still don't have it. She spoke with the estimator and he was working on the estimate at 10:00

This is the most unprofessional company. The Owner, Juan, will never return calls because he know his company screwed up my roof. He tried to blame a new leak on stucco cracks. After visits from a Mason, Master Craftsman and another roofer who all blame it on the crappy roofing job done by Sky Lite Roofing! If I could save anybody the hassle I had with this company....I suggest calling another company!

Good job on the roof. Horrible job re installing the gutters! Now I have to hire someone to try to straighten them up so that they are level or horizontal with the ground. They dip forward so you can see into the gutters which is incorrect. Either that or have them totally redone.

Skylight Roofing replaced my foot last week and did an awesome job. They had to repair quite a bit of wood etc. This is the 3rd roof we have had to replace over the years and they have done the best job by far!

Had a leak over my front door and these guys came right out and gave me a quote for about half of what another roofer quoted me. Got them under contract and the job was done in no time. Had some question for them a couple months later and they were quick to respond and help me out free of charge.

We had our roof replaced June 2018 and everything went smooth. It took them a few weeks to get to our roof because it was raining nonstop literally everyday but you can't control the weather, so that's understandable. Good communication, roof done quickly and well done (they even took pictures of everything that was done and emailed it to me), and cleaned up well after the job. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Sky Light Roofing when I needed a couple areas of my roof fixed, and I would honestly never recommend them after the experience I had.
They were quick to schedule someone to come out to view the damage, however, the person they sent out didn't speak a word of English, so the guy had to call someone who spoke English because he couldn't communicate with my husband. Also, he showed up to VIEW ROOF DAMAGE with NO LADDER! Seriously?! No ladder?!

At the recommendation of a friend, we called Sky Light about a roof replacement in 2016, and they said they would send someone to do an inspection, set up an insurance claim, and update us regarding the status of that claim. One day after another, they never called on the dates they said they would, and if we ever contacted them ourselves, the lady who picked up (assuming she picked up) would have no idea what was going on, and would give a generic answer such as "we're still waiting." This went on for at least three months.

I was visiting my family in FL. last October, during the storm the roof was damaged, we contacted sky light roofing and they came out within an hour. They explained the insurance claim process and other payment options but more importantly they did a phenomenal job fixing the roof. I spent a few months trying to figure out a real problem. A residence with a flat roof Now, we're not talking just a little grade, so it'll eventually drain. We're talking dead flat here. It puddles for days. That makes me nervous, to say the least, and when the roof started to leak a little over the garage, I looked into building in a little slope, using a foam block process to do same (pricey!), redoing the roof conventionally, doing a rubber membrane roof as if it were a commercial property, or sealing it with a product like silicone, or foam, to make it a monolithic structure

I received a letter from my home owners insurance stating my roof was in bad condition and needed to be replaced. I called Sky Light Roofing and Lewis May came to the appointment. I explained that I needed a new roof and Lewis and I spoke in detail about my situation. After coming back down from the roof Lewis said that with a few hundred dollars in repairs and a letter from the contractor my home owners insurance should be satisfied for 5 more years. It worked and Sky Light Roofing saved me over $5000. I will use them when I need a new roof.
