Our Woodruff technicians have been very friendly and patient answering our questions. Technicians call before coming and keep to the time frame they schedule. They explain the repairs they make to us. I have been blessed with their support upon the death of my husband when they covered the cost of our fuel oil. I have been very satisfied with everyone at Woodruff Energy.

After purchasing my first home with oil heat, I was unfamiliar with how the system worked and I needed the tank filled with the winter weather approaching. A friend recommended that I call Woodruff who exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing competitive, the customer service was great all around. Staci and Michelle, who set up my account and answered all of my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable. This has been a bad winter. I order fuel with a low heating oil tank. They took the payment and I never heard from them? It has been three days now. I understand there are others but this is crazy. I live less then 10 miles from this business and my oil is getting low. When I called I got an answering service that knew nothing of my oil needs and as of now still have not heard anything? Do not be a heating oil service if you can not supply heating oil when needed. At 5 degrees outside this is essential.
