Mr. Tran answered the phone at 9 am on a Sunday morning. He was quickly at our house to access the issue with our furnace. He fixed the first part, but had to wait on a part to fix our gas valve. He was back bright and early Monday morning with the valve and fixed it easily. He walked my husband through each step, cost, and taught him what to look for in the future. We were surprised at his reasonable pricing, and how he really cared for us.

We have used Mr. Tran each time we have had an issue with part of our HVAC system. He responds quickly when called, has shown up on the weekend, and offers a fair and honest assessment of the issue. Over the summer he repaired and then ultimately replaced our AC unit. We have also used him for furnace repairs, where again he offered a trustworthy assessment of the issue and promptly replaced. He is committed to ensuring the job is done correctly.

One company offered 60 month financing, while another offered financing for 120 months! Absolutely ridiculous. There was even one company that you could rent equipment and never own it. They called it a “service.” Every “deal”
