UPDATE: On January 24/22 Master's sent Philip Klinger Painting & Wallpaper to correct the damage. He did a wonderful job and was so professional! We're so thankful this is finally resolved. I will upgrade to 3 stars for connecting us to this resource. It is sad there were simply too many miscommunications on their part for 8 months.

I guess it’s about time to leave a review. I have waited a few months since my roof project was completed to both ensure the quality was worthy and the e shield that Master’s Home Solutions included actually works.
First and foremost, these people are professionals. Master’s went over every detail with me during the free estimate from A to Z. There was nothing to guess about after their representative left my home. Bath tub install it took several weeks longer and nobody called to explain. I had to keep calling. When they finally came. They had a problem and put a whole through the ceiling into my dinning room. They put dry wall there but nobody have come back to fix it. I have called several times they tell me they will add to the ticket and get back to me still have not heard back. They also have the wrong shower doors because we wanted a bar on the inside of the door. They were checking with the salesman still no response. Definitely not worth the money!! The salesman and his boss were excellent beyond. The guy I spoke to from production on the phone was a little short and argumentative with me on the phone. The lady who scheduled the appointment was sweet and friendly. The crew who did the work was excellent especially the two younger men who did the work. They went up and beyond my expectations for their work and knowledge. They even did a few extras to make it look sooo nice. I haven’t had the chance to try the shower yet but I’m excited to see what it will be like. Hope to have many years of enjoying my new shower and toilet. Thank you so

Started with a consult to see if it was affordable... Did not feel comfortable with the sales method but it was my first time in that setting. I felt very rushed to decide especially if I wanted the price quoted. Then the price quoted for the monthly was not the amount given by the lender. At that point I already signed documents. That part of this experience was not pleasant at all.
I had my tub removed and shower installed. The time between signing and installation was approx 4months with no calls or updates. Especially after the rush to get a signature that was disappointing.

Well I’ll start off by saying the install team and project manager were very respectful, nice ,thorough and communicated well . The roof looks great. They cleaned up after themselves , you could not tell they were even there.
NOW…. They are extremely overpriced. When they come to do a “free estimate” it’s pressured sales techniques with “big discounts”. They tell you to shop around , “we’re the best” but you do not get the discounts if you don’t sign same day as the estimate.
I had 3 other estimates done after I signed their contract since I already had the appointments

From the very 1st call to get an estimate I was impressed! When Drew arrived to give the estimate he was so polite professional, after a VERY THROUGH inspection & measurements he told us what was needed. He wasn't pushy at all when we declined any of the products and very patient and answered our 1000 questions, When the crew arrived SO NICE & POLITE, the foreman was patient with our crazy neighbor also! Couldn't believe from start to finish I had a BEAUTIFUL COMPLETE NEW ROOF IN 1 DAY! If you want QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM THIS IS THE COMPANY

Master's completed a roof installation on my home today. The consultation was amazing - they did a complete inspection and told us exactly what we needed. The communication was excellent right up to day of installation. The workers arrived on time, did a complete install and clean up, and were so attentive to every detail. It looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the work and service we received!

I knew ahead of time who my design consultant was going to be by a very informative text message, which I don’t think any other company is doing. They were prompt and on time. Also Andrew was very helpful with the whole process and made sure to see us day of install.
The install crew was very polite and hardworking, they completed the whole install in just one day. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Master’s to do our walk in shower
