We really wanted to support this business and leave a glowing review but working with them was unlike anything we've ever experienced. We hired Jay to do a simple small bathroom renovation. We were told it would take 8-10 days to finish. From the start it was excuse after excuse. Illness in family, injury, death, other jobs, anything you can imagine...and we were forgiving. Communication began to all but stop. Even after 6 weeks we kept rooting for Jay even though the job was only about a quarter or less done. Then communication stopped entirely!
