Beware! Called this company to assess our water damage after Hurricane Ida. The person that came out did a walk through and said they could start right away. I explained that our insurance company wants an estimate before the work begins and he acted as if that was an unusual request. He said not to worry, they will just bill the insurance company. I told him I did not feel comfortable letting them start without knowing how much it was going to cost. He then told me if I waited to get an estimate, the water damage/mold would get much worse and an estimate would take too much time, they needed to

I had a situation where a small leak occured and I doubted there was any mold, but I wanted to make sure. Lucas came out for the free inspection and was very honest and upfront with me that there was no mold in the house. Lots of businesses try and up sell you on services or checks you don't need, especially when they come to your place for free. I can confirm this is not one of them.

Our washing machine flooded a quarter of our home. What a shock! Jose & Mario came out right away. They were so nice & compassionate & put our minds at ease. Throughout the process, Jose would call me each day to let me know what time they were going to come out to could check the moisture readings. They were both extremely efficient. My parents & I are grateful to them for drying out everything & making our lives easier. We highly recommend this company.
