Bret started in the landscape industry in 1992 with his parents, a lawn mower and a trailer. But he quickly realized he had no idea about how to run a business and went to work for a large company in town to learn the ropes. Paid close to $500 for them to trim landscaping, stake 3 trees, and fix some irrigation. This tree in photo was one of the trees they staked which now has a major leak. This leak was no here before. You can see they moved the rock to fix the tree and did not put the rock back. *****Contacted the company today since it's been less than 2 weeks since service and they refuse to come fix the leak. We paid for this service and they won't fix. Do not recommend this the company!!!!!!

We are still waiting for our money back as we paid in advance. We trusted Brett at the beginning, but due to Covid, we were absence for awhile. When we returned, we found 7 dead plants, including 2 expensive roses and a beautiful big agave dead!. These Gardeners did nothing with those plants. Our agreement was to let us know so these plants can be replaced, but nothing happened!... The service was every other Thursday, but did not show up. They came very late the next day. I already did all the work. I had a pile of debris as I raked the entire area, but due to the track been full, the Gardener

I would nice zero stars if I could. Never use this company! They have an outrageous contracts for less than 20 minutes they spend that supposedly locks you in for two years forcing you to pay more anytime they choose and then also forcing you to extend for an additional six months before you can cancel that is absolutely ludicrous... There are far more better services that actually care about their customers!

I have a large yard (1 acre) and it was a tough journey finding a reliable yard service to care for it. I have been using Cacti for over a year now and I am very pleased. They are always on time, email promptly about changes in service times or days, and charge a reasonable rate. I have recommended Cacti to family, friends, and strangers.

I really get upset when these companies throw into their contracts stupid rules that should not even be allowed. Most people that sign a one year contract think that they will either renew or cancel after the year is up. But not with this company. You will be billed for an extra 3 months even when they are not coming to your house anymore... because "it's in your contract".
So we paid for a year of service up front, and as the months went by, the service got less and less, you could barely even tell the difference after they were were here. Along with bad work, also being on fixed

LOVED the service I got today, Quick and extremely effective and very friendly! A crew of three came out to my house and cleaned up our out of control back yard the old owners left. They did an intense amount of work under an hour. They first gave me the chance to walk them through the areas I needed fixed, and within seconds started working on it. Very very pleased, I would highly recommend to anyone needing landscaping services they are skilled and truly know their work.

Bret and his crew are on it. I started using them for monthly landscaping and just used them to install pavers and extra gravel. His equipment is all new and his crew is hardworking and professional. They knocked a job out in one day that took my neighbors 3-4 days to complete. Their prices are very fair. Great company.

Please be aware that they are extremely difficult to work with once you've signed your contract. Notified them we were moving and weeks later they serviced the house we no longer lived in, which they charged us for and refused to refund. This company has many negative reviews for a reason, there are many other great companies that deserve your business. Please save yourself a headache and go with a different company.

These guys are terrible and everything bad you expect from landscapers these days. I called for a repair. Remember this is a repair that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. First you have to give a down payment of $70.00 (non refundable) then be scheduled a week following, after that you have to "hope" they show up. When this doesn't happen, than you have to call back and listen to the reason, which means "maybe" they can reschedule you another week out and don't forget you already paid them $70.00 up front in good faith. **WARNING** this was the worst landscaping company we've ever dealt with. They destroyed thousands of dollars of newly planted trees and the owner could not have cared less. He was rude and arrogant and would rather just hide from your calls then face you and pay for the damages. He is an angry little man that likes to threaten legal action to try and bully unhappy clients that his company burned. I was very dissatisfied in the service and price. The advertisement said as low as $10 a month. I have a small lot with just rocks so only needed initial removal and monthly weed spray. They charged $300 for the initial removal. All they did was weed eat. The rocks still looked green from the weeds/ grass. I understand that it takes time but each month it didn't change. Still tons of weeds in various stages of growth. Some yellow and dead that were not removed and others still green and spreading. I'm only updating this review to again share how frustrated I am with Cacti, still even after I cancelled with them. Not only did they cut this bush down to the stumps without asking me first, they then tried to charge me to replace the bush. Not only that, but since they did this at a time when I wasn't prepared to pay to put in a new bush, now I have my HOA company telling me to get this handled. So if Cacti had just asked me if I wanted the bush taken out, I would have been able to say no and not have HOA breathing down my neck to replace it. Again, screw this company and their lack

In the fall of 2020, I watched this company remodel the landscape of a neighbor's home in Sun City Summerlin. The result looks beautiful and %100 better than before. I don't know what it cost, although am sure the new curb appeal went way up. The workers kept at it eight hours a day. Work included replacement of entire driveway , short and tall porch walls, lawn, rock and artificial grass and much more.

The first service was acceptable. The following month, I asked them to replace a few dead plants, and a small tree. The quality of the plants has been poor, they are not thriving. The monthly servicing also, began to go downhill. December was so poor, I stopped prepaying for monthly services.
Now, they claim I owe them for work not done, and want to warn others to be careful with this company.

Well, I wish I had come to yelp to look this group up prior to hiring in October 2020. The consistent negative reviews are accurate.
I had a guy I had for years that installed the irrigation and plants around the property. He unfortunately retired so we saw this Cacti Landscape truck in our neighborhood and gave it a try. This was a mistake.

Amazing landscaping service. Always on time and do a great job. We have been with them for about two years now and are really happy with their service. We don't have much of a front yard but we were previously paying a lot of money to care for a single tree and about 7 bushes. Cacti does a great job in the 20+ minutes they are at the house. They are an honest company that have great customer service reps and a great reputation around the city. Start here if you're thinking about switching companies.

Bret and his team are very professional and reliable. If and when I need landscaping services anywhere else, they're going to be my top choice for services. Some teenager got into a motor- vehicle accident where his four door sedan landed on my front lawn and did not have insurance. My homeowner's insurance paid for the damages. Literally, the worst company I have ever worked with. My husband called these guys because he saw their billboards around town and thought he would give them a try they sounded reasonable.
Well, you get what you pay for. They sent him something through email to authorize service and then after the first or second service I called to cancel and they told me in the fine print of that agreement was a six month contract. I was literally trying to cancel from the second service. I was so furious. I knew from day 2 their service was awful.
