Josh installed a new A/C unit for our home. It was not an easy install as we were moving the current A/C unit to a new location, plus access to the indoor furnace/AC interconnect was difficult. Josh did a great job, almost entirely alone, to take out old unit and install the new one. All done in one day and was done with courtesy, professionalism, and thoroughness.

We replaced furnace and installed new AC and air purifier and duct cleaning over two days. Charles and Brian were very professional and efficient. They had to work around 2 dogs and a 6 month old baby. The system is up and running and looks great. They were able to work around a few issues that came up with no impact to the schedule and clearly communicated all the work that was going to be done. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Technician showed up 2 hours late. I was not notified until I called and found out. Dispatch stated the technician would call me and let me know when they would come, never did.
Technician did one part of the job. Left to go get filters and stated he would back in 45 min to an hour. Never showed up and didn't call to let me know.
I had to call and make another appointment just to get my filters one week later. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers time.

I had Columbia install my furnace last year and my AC (which died during the heat wave this year) just got installed. As always, everyone I dealt with was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Josh T. just finished the install and it is working perfectly. Everything looks so nice and he left everything tidy. He worked all day and did an excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone needing AC or heating. Very happy with my units and hoping my AC cuts my bill as well as the furnace did.

Our new furnace was installed today and I couldn’t be happier with it and with the timely, professional manner in which it was done. Our technician completed the work within the time frame that we were given, did a great job and finished by explaining everything from how to run the new thermostat to how to maintain the furnace and air filtration unit. Dave Whispell is the guy to have come out and quote you on your HVAC project. In 2015 Columbia NW installed a tankless water heater, new furnace and new electric panel in our mid-century ranch-style home. We didn't have the money then to install central AC, but we made it happen this week and our home finally is nice a cool!

This crew accomplished moving my heat pump and air handler.
I bought a house that had zero maintenance or care for what seems like the entirety of the previous owners tenure. There was disgusting mold in the air handler and the heat pump was about my age. (Yikes!)
I needed the ducts moved air handler moved and they got it all done when I needed it finished. The crew was fantastic and everyone was so professional and friendly.
I had zero issues with the crew standing around or anything like that. They didn't even seem to eat lunch. Their work is fantastic and made sure I was happy with

The service providers I worked with (Dan, Jake, Mark, and Jimmy) were thorough, courteous, and clean. They went above and beyond, even when my old funky house gave them hassle with the way it's framed.
