Jesse repaired our unit and it only worked two days. After we called numerous time he came back and noted the compressor was not working and would return and replace it. He still has not answered our calls or texts on two months. We found out from the manufacture that he did not get our compressor under warranty. He charged $1600.00 for the part so maybe he had a used one laying around that he used and just charged us for a new one he did not buy. DO NOT USE!!! We have sent him a registered letter to take him to court. I wish i could give zero stars.

Made an appointment with this company. They no called no showed and I tried calling them to see if they were running late and they just decided not to take my phone calls. If I can be at an appointment on time so should they, or at least call and say they can not make it. Poor communication!

I would not use this company,they left me without heat for weeks after misdiagnosing the problem. Not only that they made me pay up front for a part I didn't need which cost several hundred dollars and then called and said they can't get the part and will refund my money rather than do the repair. This is a 6 year old home with an American Standard furnace not some antiquated system. I called another company who came out and had the problem taken care of in about an hour,it was a bad thermostat and he had a choice of several replacements in his van. Now I'm still trying to get my money back from

Worst service ever. Made an appt. for service, guy showed up 2 hours late. He didn't even finish the install. Said he "needed parts", demanded full payment and said he'd be back later to finish the install. Never showed. Made 3 more promises to come out and finish, never showed. 3 weeks, multiple calls and voicemails later, work still hasn't been completed and haven't heard from them since. This is a one man show, not a reputable company. I would NEVER do business with again, nor would I recommend that anyone else does.

UPDATE:: Within hours of my review he called us, apoligized over and over and admitted he dropped the ball. He further explained many personal issues that he was dealing with and just plain forgot. He came the next day FIXED the problem and no charge!! He really has the knowledge and I believe good customer service. PLEASE give them a chance if you need service, DONT let my experience sway you. We totally understand his situation and WILL use him in the future!!
