We had two ductless minisplits installed recently and they did a great job. From beginning to end, they were very responsive and honest. We have a baby and during the install, one of the guys noticed our son was sleeping so he asked if it was okay that he run the vacuum because its loud. They cleaned up they're messes as they worked and didn't leave a trace when they left. Everyone was so polite!!

I had a bad heat pump in a house I recently bought. I called Entek and the recommended a complete new system as it was 18 years old. After doing some research the consensus was that this was the right thing to do. I got quotes from several local HVAC companies and Entek was very competitive price wise on a good quality system. Dennis was able to help me out on the price a bit further so I want with them for the install.
The system was installed in one day with very professional staff. I had a few minor things that needed adjustment post install and Dennis was able to get a guy out to my house

Fantastic job replacing our old tired unit. The new install looks and works impeccably. Couldn't be happier. The entire team has done a great job! My furnace needed maintenance I called Entek. The service man was very professional. He put his boot covers on at door. He looked at my basement furnace with me. He educated me on the good things and diagnosed the bad. He explained everything so I could understand. He explained Furnace prevention things I needed to do to make sure my Goodwin furnace runs great in the future.. Overall I was very pleased with their service.

I am very impressed with the service, Jon with Entek provided today. He did a complete cleaning on our ductless heat pump unit along with a thorough inspection of the unit parts. The main reason for service was the unit had a bad odor (especially when using the heat mode). He explained what he did and why. It made sense and seemed less complicated than I had thought. I was concerned it was something that deemed more repairs. The odor is gone now. We can now rest assure the unit is clean and safe to use... what a relief! Good to know it's in tip top shape and ready for the summer heat. Thanks

I recently had Entek install a ductless heat pump system in my house (with 2 units). They were great, right from the initial consultation. This company has been doing this type of work for years, and they know their stuff. The staff that came out for the install was top-notch. I am loving this new system. If you are reliant upon wall heating and window AC units, as I have been, you need to seriously consider one of these ductless heat pumps. I ended up getting the hyper heat pump, and I'm so glad I did. Amazing!

Fantastic service! All work was performed in an incredibly professional and courteous manner. The crew of Chad, Michael and Adam arrived at 7:55 on the nose and were ready to work. They told us they would be done by 5:30, and were out the door by 3:45. New furnace, Nest and hot water heater installed and working perfectly.

Having dealt extensively with contractors in a past career my expectations were not all that high but boy was I pleasantly surprised! Searched online for help with a issue I came across while cleaning my dryer duct. The brush cam loose and I needed it pushed back down. They said they had 24 hr emergency services. Well that's not true. When I asked about it they kept hanging up on me. They told me it was after hours and the weekend and couldn't help!

These guys are great, totally saved us from a sweaty weekend. I called them (and about a dozen other HVAC repair places) Friday before the 4th of July. Most of these business didn't even answer their phone. Trish from Entek answered and was very friendly and polite, but she said there were no openings until the following week. I said I understand, but if any "after hours" become available, we don't mind paying the extra fee. I had little hope we would hear back. However, a few hours later, I received a call back from Trish stating that it would be possible to squeeze our repair

Entek performed air duct cleaning in my home yesterday. For all you non-believers in air duct cleaning, start believing. The first tangible benefits of air duct cleaning were clear by yesterday evening; more even distribution of heat in the house and a cleaner, crisper smell (according to my daughter). Entek came out to my house and did a full analysis of my heating system. Brad was very knowledable, but more importantly had an amazing personality and made the experience very pleasant. Brad recommended several options, an ala carte menu if you will, that included their awesome Aeroseal process. This is a really cool technology, somewhat expensive, but the savings on your heating bills over the years is a huge return. I will be doing that for sure, maybe next year. Their customer service from the analysis to the actual maintenance done on my unit met and exceeded my standards of service.
