While our process for building custom lots is very much the same as within a community, some initial steps must be taken to ensure a lot is the perfect fit for your home plan and budget.
River Bluffs is a private, gated community nested in the tall pines of Castle Hayne- just minutes north of Wilmington. The community features classic southern architecture reminiscent of homes found along riverbanks in historic Wilmington, Charleston, and Savannah. Homes will feature inviting front porches big enough for get-togethers with neighbors and architectural elements evocative of a bygone era.
Cottage Homes are the ideal style for sitting on a small lot. They are well-suited for the coastline, narrow urban lots or in a neighborhood of smaller traditional homes. Exteriors vary, often including front porches, columns, gable and hip roofs and attic dormers.
