I recently had a catastrophe where I lost a set of keys well on vacation. I had to use a locksmith from the local area to replace the truck key so I can get home. Once I got home, I had several other keys to replace. One of them a mini Cooper key which is pretty difficult to copy. I am at the coast and key concepts is an hour away in Salem. Anyway, he was at my house within three hours of the initial phone call. Although the Cooper key was quite expensive, the locksmith give me a great deal on the other keys. Chris Tardiff (Key Concepts) is a perfectionist. Isn't that what you want when your rekeying your home?
We moved from Monterey to Salem and our new (used) home needed new keys. We got three estimates. Chris fixed everything according to the (midway) estimate...and did not charge us for a dead bolt replacement when the existing dead bolt could not be rekeyed to meet his standards.
Don't live with badly made keys, wiggling hinges and stiff dead bolts (that hurt arthritic hands)...Key Concepts fixes it all. Life can be good again.
Also, three most important things:
1. On-time
2. Knowledgeable

Lost keys to my storage and called this place. It was one of those locks that aren't supposed to be able to cut off. I had put it on towards the wall, so it made it even more difficult, but he was able to get the lock off so I could put the replacement on.
Fast, friendly, and reliable. I had to meet him at the storage and he was there when I pulled up. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone!
