They were fast and answered their phone before hours! Which was so important since we had locked the work key in the work truck! They came out were professional and opened the truck quick. Lost all my keys for my 1998 Toyota Avalon. After a month I gave up on finding them and decided to call ERS. I had to remove the engine controller from the car and bring it in along with registration and ID. He reset the ECU and cut a new key using the VIN which costed $275 - much less than a dealership and towing I assume. After having some trouble with the key after reinstalling the ECU, I called the guy and he even came to my house and got the new key working free of charge. I ended up with three keys: two masters and one valet. Overall I am very satisfied with the service that ERS Locksmith

ERS locksmith has great service and a wide selection of products! Larry has helped us with needs for our home, business and automobiles. Our go to locksmith for all related needs, no need to go elsewhere!

Wouldn't use for residential service. We had them change several locks out in our house and spent quite a bit of money. We've had issues with the locks sticking (takes a lot of wiggling to get it to turn), since they were installed (about 3 years ago). We had a thousand things going on then so we let it go. Recently a key got completely stuck in one of the locks. And another part of that lock just turns.

I called to asked if they warrantied their work and to find out if they could help us with what was going on. Before I could explain what was going on, the man on the phone immediately

I will remember Ers Locksmith for and key and lock needs I have in the future. So kind and helpful! Not to mention they were quite a bit cheaper then all the other places I called. Two thumbs up.

Quick and very professional. He explained what was going to be done and answered all my questions. I will call him again when the locks need to be changed.
