I too am having difficulties getting anyone to respond after my initial call and email request for service. I emailed Nicole younge at her request and never heard back. I followed up twice with SAM, both times via phone. one excuse was "we get 40 emails a day" HA! I wish i only got 40 emails in a day. The 2nd call he put me on hold for at least 3 cycles until I hung up. My request was for install of 2 latch guards .........

I went here today to get two keys programmed. The kid behind the counter (Sam) said he would help me. He completely lacked in customer service. It took him more than 40 mins to tell me he couldnt do it. He then gave me back my key. The car was dead. The owner Nicole helped me the best she could but the damage was done. I waited 30 more minutes for them to jump me and still could not give me the keys. I left with no keys and a wasted 2 hours! I will not be using these people again. She actually told me I needed to wait an hour for someone to come help me when THEY screwed up in the first place.

Our business has used their services before and we were happy with it. This time is a completely different story. I contacted them about changing the locks and getting new keys for one of our locations. Everything started out fine. We started communicating about the job through text. Then, all of a sudden they stopped responding to me. I called their office and left multiple messages but never got a return call either. We've never had to beg a professional to offer their services. We won't be bothering them again.

If you want it done right, on time, and the first time, call these folk. They cleaned up a mess created by an incompetent local firm when a combination was forgotten - wish we'd called these folk first! After days of the "other ones" robot keeping us awake all night while it tried to pick the lock ... we found out that these folk could have picked it manually in 10 to 15 minutes. Of course the low end lock in use was rated for a few 1000 cycles of use (a lifetime in normal use) - and the "other ones" robot put it through several hundred thousand cycles - turning it to dust inside - literally nothing

Excellent service! Highly highly recommended. I had an issue with my safe and every other place I phoned said that they would have to destroy the safe. Danny opened the safe and repaired it so that I could continue to use it. Nicole also provided great customer service. I will DEFINITELY use them again! Highly recommended!

Loosing your car key on a Friday night run is not fun. I had to do this one other time many, many years ago in another State and the experience was horrible. So I braced myself for crazy fees and attitude. I called the 24hr number Saturday morning and got Nathan. Well, I was thrown for a loop. Nathan was amazing! Worked with me through all the issue of having a obtain a new key fob from my local dealer, him having to program the fob at the car where I left it, and making me a couple extra spare keys that were way cheaper vs going back to the dealer. He worked with my time line and got everything
