So frustrated with this company! When we called them, they offered to send someone by 2:00pm. Then it was pushed to 5:30. Then after not hearing anything by 8:00pm and multiple calls and texts, they said the next day would work. THEN, we heard that they aren't sure they can help us at all! We would have called another company if they had told us they weren't able to do this job, instead we wasted two days waiting and then finding out they weren't sending someone. Every time we called to check in, we had to repeat the vehicle, address, etc. and start over. So, some sort of issue with their overall

The full story: The church I work at hired them (last year) to rekey. The bid was professional, they promised it would take 1 day to finish the rather big job.
It took 3 days (We did add 6 more locks). They showed up late and came back 2 hours late after lunch. There was a LOT of miscommunication (some of which is probably my fault, to be fair). Communicating is a nightmare - there's one answering service for many branches; it's difficult.

Ami (pronounced amy) was an angel tbh. i was locked out of my house for 2hrs trying to find a non sketchy locksmith cause apparently there's tons. she showed up pretty quickly and took care of business. i guess my favorite part of our interaction was that i forgot i was frustrated because her vibe was very calming. i know this seems weird but after getting off of work, dropping your keys and your house key snaps for some reason, you start losing it immediately knowing that its afterhours. she knew how to do her job and well. also my cat liked her so that's gotta mean something right? lol no but

I was very pleased with Amy from Advantage Locksmith. She arrived quickly, she communicated excellently with me, a tenant, while handling a challenging back and forth with home owner and manager. Had locksmith come to my work to see if he could help. I was told he would tell me the cost before doing service and go over everything before agreeing on service. This guy was pushy, didn’t give me time to say no before he did all the work. Their prices are outrageous.
Wanted to charge me $50 to just come see my car, then charge to fix it. I wound up paying $225 just for him to make me a key. I paid outrageous cost for pushy service, I could have gotten better service some place else.
He always had a remark for anything I said. And I had a difficult time understanding him. Still waiting for

Truly amazing work ethic! I was trying to get another key for my wife's Lexus SUV. I went to Advantage because they helped me before, years ago; plus the dealership is a little bit too proud of the keys they make...
Advantage worked almost two hours with my eBay electronic key trying to get it to work but to no avail. They told me to send the key back and would get a key they knew would work. They called me when the key arrived. I went there and they spent another hour trying to get that electronic key to work.
When they couldn't get it to work, they sent me to the dealer as the problem seemed

Left work early to get a key made for my canopy. Business was open, Google hours said open til 11, I got there at 556pm, man there said there was no locksmith there to help me get my key made, and he wouldn't be there for the rest of the night. So I took heat at work and lost pay for nothing because your business is unprofessional. You only got the 1 star because there wasn't an option to leave zero. My review stands.

IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I had to have them come to my home to get me back in my house after flying home from a long trip at 3am.
The technician, Dylan, stayed in his car for over 5 minutes without coming out and greeting me or checking on me. I knocked on the window to ask if he was going to be able to help me. He snapped at me that he was writing his receipt and asked what I needed. I told him I wanted to get in my home and let my friend get backto their home.
He told me they could leave at any time. Which made me very uncomfortable. He walked me to my front door told
