I needed to re-key a new house and Alex was easy to schedule (even when I had to reschedule), arrived on time, and was completely transparent with her pricing/quotes. She diagnosed a vulnerability where she could have easily just done what I had asked and left me with a nonsecure door, offering multiple options to address the issue and completed the extra work on the spot. Just bought a new Kia car. I was told by the car dealership that it was going to take at least an hours to program my new fob key. Keys to the City of locksmith did in 20 min. Keys to the City of locksmith saved me a trip to going to dealership. Keys to the City of locksmith will come to you. And the cost less what car dealership would offer. Highly recommended.. Alex was a breath of fresh air when it comes to Locksmith services. I have had too many bad experiences but not with Alex. She answered the phone, got me scheduled right away, was on time, did the job completely and well with the addition of offering more keys if needed, and was affordable. Alex is wonderful. Highly skilled, attentive to detail and very organized and tidy. This locksmith will actually call you back in a timely fashion! :)
We had a smart lock, a keypad lock and a single deadbolt installed and Alex got through it all quickly with our doors looking perfect when she was done.
Pricing for this skilled work was very fair. I also really appreciated the advice in figuring out which locks worked for our particular situation prior to install. Everything looks beautiful and has integrated into the historic look of our home very well.

They responded pretty quickly to unlock my car after I locked the keys into the trunk. Oops! It was a bit spendy for literally 1 minute of work(the girl was a master!) but I guess it is just the price of getting quick service after being a dummy. I'd definitely recommend them. The girl that came and helped me was super friendly and a cool person to boot!
