Providing excellent customer service and guaranteed satisfaction is and has been my goal. Metro Lock Service is number one on Angie's list and has maintained their super service award since being put on Angie's list.
I like all aspects of the work. Came within window he told me, and the price was right ($80.00) and included a $10.00 discount because I had reached out to him through Angie's List. Didn't try to pressure me into rekeying the lock, simply got the broken key out and rechecked it before he put the lock back together.

Great service and reasonable fees. Tech was professional and completed work in 20 minutes (rekey 3 door locks and made 3 keys for each lock, total charge $123). I didn't have the original key but he said no problem. I called another local locksmith and was forwarded to a 3rd party company that quoted me $19 to $200 for each lock. They tried to justify by saying locks are complicated and most likely will need to be replaced rather than rekeyed. Glad I called Metro.

Lance came to my house on short notice to replace my front door knob lock. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond and put in a new and better strike plate, and also fixed the door so it closed properly. I was so impressed and will recommend Metro to anyone who needs a locksmith. I'm so happy with their service!!!

My daughters car was broke into while she was at work, they tried to steal it but we’re unsuccessful although they had jammed something into the ignition. She was unable to start her car and we called Metro Lock Services. Lance showed up promptly and was to resolve the issue so she could get home. Lance was very professional and we were very happy with his help.

I called Lance because someone had been getting into my house with no sign of break-in.......he pointed out that even though I had had the door locks re-keyed by another company they did not remove some previous applications that made it possible for someone to use a previous key! We learned about Lance and Metro Lock Service from our realtor and called the day after we closed on our house. He and his assistant were out the next day, coordinated all our locks, so one key operates 2 front locks and 1 back lock, lightening our key ring considerably. This company is the most amazing vendor to work with. My company has hired Lance at Metro Lock on numerous occasions to replace locks in clients homes. They have the most impressive turn around - usually arriving at the job within an hour of the initial call. All of our clients have had nothing but nice things to say about their work ethic, speed and knowledge. A recent project involved changing out a LOT of locks, and the price ended up being less than anticipated. Incredibly fair. I have used Metro Lock Services three times over the last four years. Lance performed the service all three times. Lance is professional, thorough and takes the time to do the job right. I just closed on my house and got the keys on 1/15/2016. Lance was willing to come out on Saturday morning to replace/rekey all the locks. I highly recommend him and Metro Lock Service!

I called five locksmiths on Sunday that advertised "24/7, holiday and weekend service."
Lance was the only one who answered my call, except for one guy who advised me to go to Home Depot, buy a new lock and install it myself.
Lance came to my house on time, quickly analyzed the problem and repaired the broken lock.
The fee he charged was completely reasonable for the service he provided.
I would give him my highest recommendation.

We purchased a 1949 ranch in North Portland. It has four exterior doors with both original locks and dead bolts. We had keys for some of the doors, but not others. I have hired this company at my own home more than twice. They are nice and quick all services are mobile and their prices are very reasonable. I have referred them to clients over the past years and also hired them to re-key homes for new buyers. Honest, quick and full mobile service. Can't ask for more than that!
