From the estimate given by Kevin, to the project manager, Heath, to the installer, Butch every step of the way was a very smooth process. They all took the time to answer my questions, and Butch explained the entire installation process during his work. I'm very impressed with the quality and the price was very affordable. I'll be using Dry Plus Roofing again in the future!!

Had DryPlus come out to house to review damaged patio roof and partial roof area. Excellent response time, friendly inspection and prompt delivery of written estimate. Work was done by professional guys in a timely manner and while exceeded estimate by a small amount - that was built into the statement and no surprise. 6 months later, rains and sun, work is excellent and looks great. Oh, and were easily reachable for questions before job.

Fantastic work. These guys worked very quickly, getting the job done in high style while we were away for a week. They're really good about customer service, and I have a story to share by the way of example. We'd accidentally left our Jeep parked a little too close to the house, which interfered with their work. We were probably going to have to… call a towing company to move the Jeep, but the Dry Plus crew figured out how to move the Jeep on their own, saving us towing fees. Also, several months later, when we decided to sell our house, they agreed to allow us to transfer their workmanship

What a great company with great customer service!! We had some monsoon damage to our roof and they were able to quickly come out and assess my situation even though they were incredibly busy. The repair was scheduled and completed timely. Heath was incredibly professional and friendly. He also helped cut some wood I had in my yard because the city was going to pick it up for bulk trash day and it was too large for the pick up! He didn't have to do that. I will definitely use this company again

4/12/2016 received proposal/estimate and was told it would be 3 weeks to start of work for badly needed re-coat of flat roof after I sign and provide deposit.
4/25/2016 they called me and had received my large deposit for the work and it would be 3 weeks to start of work. After 3 weeks I received an email asking me to review how my experience with this company was. I called to ask whats going on? They stated oh it doesn't usually take this long and I would get a call a week prior to starting the work. I never received any call after patiently waiting another full 3 weeks

What can I say about Dry Plus? They have always come through for me. Through hail damage(twice) and repairs to my rental properties, they have done a fabulous job. Kevin has even come out to help me get a second opinion on an insurance claim. I can't say enough good things about them and have referred them to many neighbors, all who are more than satisfied. His crew works real hard to make sure customers are satisfied.

This company is AWESOME! I had a small leak around the water heater vent on my roof. Any time it rained the water leaked into the water heater and put out the pilot light. I had got a quote from another company that re-roofed another section earlier. Way to high of a quote. I figured it was just the vent that needed to be sealed. I ended up searching for roofers and found Dry Plus and a bunch of good reviews. When I called I asked if the do "small" jobs. Yes they do. Paul came out and checked it out and figured out it was after all a simple fix. He sealed up the vent and gave me a quote

Well they did roof work for me two years ago, on Sept 9th I called them because it is now leaking and may be a warranty issue but not sure till they look at. I was told warranty would call in a few days, on Sept 12th I called again, I was told I am on the list to call back next week, On the 15th I emailed the company, well here we are today and I still have not had a call. I will see how long it takes before contacting ROC and the BBB. I also belong to Angies list and will file a complaint with them. I guess since there is a possibility they wont make money on me I dont matter I will keep everyone

Dry Plus Roofing just completed a re-roof of one of our houses and I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and thoroughness of the work. New drip edge, replaced bad wood, new vents and clean-up all done efficiently and in a professional manner. The foreman, Heath, kept me informed every step of the way.
We got off to a good start with the estimate and scheduled the work for three weeks out. For some unknown reason they missed the first date and rescheduled a week out. Living in the desert and being after monsoon season it was not an issue.
I would use Dry Plus Roofing again.
