Called late in the business day and they made sure to fit me in first thing in the morning when our AC thermostat wire was severed. Ended up being a quick fix and he could have just collected payment and left, but went out of the way to check coolant charge and inspect the whole system pointing out areas that need to be cleaned or addressed to maintain working order. Kind technician and professional service.
