My development is relatively new and used Santa's to install the A/C units. I have had really bad A/C issues for three weeks now. I initially used a bigger name service and they were responsive, but expensive, and recommended i reach out to Santa's to see about my warranty. I do have a parts warranty with them. I have reached out to their service manager REPEATEDLY, she NEVER returns my calls. I only spoke with her once, and all she said was yeah she got my message and added me to service. The guy who came was rude as hell. Very strong attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Because

Apparently overnight my pilot light to my furnace went out, didnt notice til morning, called a few different places, no answer. Then I called Santa’s & they picked right up! Valerie sent out the closest technician within a few hours & before i knew it my family & I had our heat back up & running asap! Great experience, john(the tech) was awesome, very nice, knowledgeable & was super quick & when youre in the dead of winter & need your heat back up, “quick” is realllyyy super key! If you need your heat or a/c back up & running asap, id call Santa’s every single time! You wont be dissapointed

I first used Santa's about 7 years ago when I needed a 2nd opinion on a broken hvac system. One company told me I needed a brand new system, preying on the fact that it was middle of summer and 100 degrees outside. Santa's said I needed to replace a $100 part. They have had my business ever since! I sign an annual contract every year and they are diligent with calling to set up my semi annual maintenance appointments and my system never had another problem.
