Sad to give a one star rating because we used them for our HVAC but after today's experience will be canceling our contract with them. Had a hot water install and it was terrible. We already had a quote but when there were issues with the actual installation, told my husband several Items would be an extra charge. They were at my house until after 7 pm because they couldn't get it right (although they were an hour late getting there with no apology). Lead tech even threatened to walk off the job because my husband refused to pay the extra charges (after we already had to pay HALF -

I've used Quality Degree twice this year - once to repair my broken heat on a Sunday and once to service our AC and just make sure it was functioning properly.

Their support staff was always friendly on the phone and would get me in touch with a tech the same day I called.

On both occasions the technicians were professional, thorough, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. They explained all possible options, the future outlook for my unit, and never pressured me into buying anything extra.

We had the best experience with these guys. Our job was long and involved, including removing 2 oil tanks out of a small bilco door and installing a gas furnace and indirect water heater, and they were quick, professional, incredibly thorough, clean and explained everything to us as they went along. Charlie was so responsive in evaluating our project and coming up with a fair and incredibly reasonable quote and the entire team that came that day was wonderful. We would recommend them 100%.

Its unfortunate there are businesses that treat potential customers so poorly. Looking to get our heat pump repaired, all they did was push getting a complete new system. Found someone else who was honest, and did it for a reasonable, competitive price. Not the way I want to be treated! You've been warned!

Great service! The technician called back right away and was at my house in less than an hour. We were told by others they couldn't come for one or more days. The repair was less than an hour and our home is cooling off. I will definitely call again for any AC repair or maintenance.

Good friendly and fast service. The low rating is unfortunately due to the pricing. Needed AC refrigerant and a sealant for an old system to keep it chugging along. Charge was $195 for the first lb of r410a refrigerant and $84 for each subsequent pound. An average of $121/lb which is high even in this region. The first lb being $195 seems like downright extortion. Worse, they charged $327 (!) for Stop Leak sealant. While I knew the total price when I approved the service, I didn't have the breakdown of costs in front of me until I checked my e-mail invoice, and nearly had an aneurysm. I was

Called QDL at 1:30 pm, furnace pilot issue on a 25 year old unit. They were at my residence 3:00 pm, diagnosed the issue and had the unit up and running pumping heat by 6. Nice work, techs were awesome and guided me through the process. They tried everything to get it running before they had to replace $ piece. They even ran back to the shop to get some pieces they needed. Used my mailer coupon. Temperature will start to drop tomorrow so I wanted to make sure we had heat. Thank You.

Quality Degree is affiliated with Costco's HVAC services. They offer Lennox brand systems which is a top tier brand. They sent out a sales person explaining their company's history and they offered an estimate for replacing my entire HVAC during their visit right there and then! Their prices are competitive with other quotes I have received.
The installation team included 2 techs and they were very helpful in answering all my questions and requests. Profession and tidy and I highly recommend their services.

Beware! They totally ripped us off! They told us we needed parts replaced on our heater that were very expensive and would take extensive time and labor to replace. They were only here for 20 minutes and after they left we looked up the parts on line and they only cost a few dollars! They charged us over $600. There should be a law against this kind of behavior! We will never use them again.

I am so happy I chose Quality Degree for my new HVAC and heat pump and hot water unit. I loved that they texted me the name and phone number of the technician along with their photos, so I know who to expect.
Cole and his crew were at my house on time even during the rain storm on Monday the 13th. They were very nice, quiet and professional, explain everything very well to me. After the job is done, they cleaned up the everything so nice and neat, no trash left behind. Awesome.

My mom was experiencing issues with her air conditioner. I called to make an appointment -- worked with Devon and Janelle to have someone come out to my mom's place for a free estimate. Ben arrived promptly and my mom immediately liked him. He spent 1.5 hours to assess the problem and give us a detailed estimate with two options. We appreciated his taking the extra time to explain what option would be best for us.

If you purchased a Quietside tank-less water heater from QDI (or any other firm) and have had issues please contact me. Be aware there was a total recall on these units because of performance and more importantly fire risks. My unit completely failed twice during, once in a period of less than 18 months. I needed a new heating system for my house and got three different, of the three this company I felt the most comfortable with. Everyone on their staff was extremely polite and didn't rush me at any parts of the process. The sales man tried to find the system that worked best for me, and did not pressure me into getting the most expensive system. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, showing me what everything did and how it worked. Even though I went with the most baseline system, they still used high quietly parts and fittings. I am completely happy with my system and love how
