I contacted Toto’s because my AC was not working. They were very responsive and had someone come out to look at it within a day. Once we determined that the AC needed to be replaced they provided me options of varying prices. I selected the option I wanted to go with and they scheduled the installation for the next day. The new AC works great. Toto’s does great work and are very easy to work with.

I contacted Toto's Heating & Cooling through a third party link because my air conditioner wasn't working. I received an call within a hour after filling out my information on line. They informed me that they would have a technician out within an hour. Thinking I was going to require a new unit since it was 30years old. Sean (technician) after inspecting the unit said it was repairable. Which he did that same day within a few hours ... I was back to cooling off. I would highly recommend Toto's Heating & Cooling for their honesty, integrity and customer service. Shout out to Sean for his customer

I own a restaurant and I am so happy to have Toto’s when something breaks or stops working. Weather it is a refrigerator, an ice machine, or a heater, I simply text Marie and she gets back to me promptly. She is so polite. All of the service techs are just so pleasant and knowledgeable- they usually always come our day of and work to resolve the issue. We love Toto’s!!

My walk-in flower cooler was not keeping a cold enough temperature. I was in the middle of designing flowers for a large wedding, so the stakes were high! Toto sent one of their specialist out immediately, and in no time...fixed the issue and saved the wedding flowers!!! I highly recommend Toto's heating & cooling!
