These guys were unfriendly, unprofessional, and fraudsters. They didn't show up, when they did they left the job scene (my house) looking like a war zone. Finally even though they got paid by their criminal friend contractor, they tried to fraudulently double bill me!! Don't work with these crooks!

Called at closing time with an a/c emergency (we have a medically fragile child with graft vs host disease that cannot tolerate heat or sunlight). The lady we spoke with contacted a technician and within 10 minutes he was on his way. Thank you! Thank You! Thank you! Within 30 minutes our problem was fixed. The technician was amazing (with over 40 years of experience)...explained the problem and was courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and they will be the first I call when we need a new A/C - Heating System!

The people at this company are wonderful to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me solve an air conditioner problem over the phone last summer which really surprised me. They were #1 on my list of people to call to do maintenance for the heater this year, but I didn't get around to it before our heater started having problems. The pilot light on our heater would not stay lit. I called and they were able to stop by the same day which I was not expecting and were able to fix the issue. I have complete confidence in the work that was performed and will be using them for any heating

Well, now I know the reason why these people could come over during a heat wave to repair my AC and every other company in the area had a 3-4 day wait. The worst business practices I have ever experienced.

They came out to fix my AC drip pan sensor. The sensor tripped because of too much condensation on a very hot day, but the unit would not come back on. (Sensor went bad). They replaced the sensor, but with the completely wrong style of sensor. The sensor they installed was picking up on humidity in the attic and was turning my AC off when there was no water in the overflow pan (every 3 hours

We moved in to our house in the beginning of Oct. The heat worked then suddenly it stopped. Lawler Heating & AC was responsive and had a quick diagnosis. They explained what the problem was, what was needed to fix it and when they could fix it. They maintained communication with me while the parts were being shipped. They came out at the end of their day, since the parts did not arrive till the afternoon, and took care of my heat so my family would not have to go through another cold night. High level of professionalism combined with friendly attitude and service.

My first experience with Lawler was this morning. I have been without heat for about a week but the past three days were brutal. I called early Wednesday morning and the woman who answered the phone was very kind and sympathetic towards my situation. I initially made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon which they had no problem accommodating but decided to push the date up a couple of days. John arrived at my residence at 8:30a with a cheerful disposition. John removed the panels on my gas furnace and explained the operations and maintenance. John was very patient and waited until we performed

I have used this outfit many times and they USED to be great. BUT, I called 2 1/2 weeks ago to arrange an appointment for an annual maintenance check of my heat pump on 11/14. When I called on 11/11 to confirm the appointment, the woman who answers the phone said 11/14 was not going to work for them and could I reschedule. I said no problem. So we agreed on an appointment for today (11/17) between 10 and 2. At 2:30 when no one showed up, I called and that woman put me on hold for 5 minutes and then comes back and says they won't be able to make it. I was really ticked off since I had been waiting

On one of the hottest days of the year, my air conditioner decided to quit working. I called Lawler and they were her within 2 hours. Their tech quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part required on his truck. We were up and running in record time. The price was reasonable and fair and service was prompt, expert and friendly. These people can be trusted and relied upon for honest expert service.

Much respect for this company...and here's why. This past weekend I called them because my central air wasn't working. What I expected was for them to take my information and send out a technician. Instead, they talked me through (over the phone) a couple of common problems & simple fixes. And they were right! It was a simple issue to resolve, which I did myself. How much did it cost me? Nothing...the phone call was free and my AC unit was running again. Rather than sending out a tech and making a couple of hundred dollars off of my problem, they put the customer (or potential customer in my case

I had a really great experience with Lawler recently, too. My air conditioning unit stopped cooling. On the phone they were very friendly and understanding, and talked me through some common diagnostic things that I could do myself. When it was clear I really needed service, they had someone out by 2pm (even though I didn't get hold of them until almost 11am). The technician was friendly, courteous, respectful and very informative. He showed me exactly what the problem was, and took the time to answer questions and explain everything that he was doing. He had the needed parts already on the truck
