My central air wasn't working. I called Whiting Services (after reading tons of reviews on many local companies and deciding to give Whiting Services a try). Justin was able to come out later the same day. Responsive. Respectful. Fair with pricing. Knowledgeable. Patient in answering all my questions. Turns out mice had nested and chewed through some wires in the outside unit and I also needed freon added (we'll look more at that issue in the spring when I'm ready). Justin sealed up the hole in the motor compartment so that mice don't nest there in the future and my house is

Our AC broke down in the heat of summer. We called in the evening, they showed up the next morning. Justin, the person who did the repair, was on time, clearly communicated the work he was doing, didn't try to upsell us, and within 30 minutes the AC was running again. I highly recommend this business.

Our oil furnace went down on a cold weekend. Justin was prompt and very efficient. He explained everything to me in laymen’s terms and did an outstanding job. Those thieves at another company I won’t say their name (rhymes with Verizon, starts with an H) wanted to charge us over 3 times what Whiting did the job for, and much quicker. We are so grateful that there are honest, trustworthy and quality driven people like Justin out there. Don’t hesitate to call the pros at Whiting!!

I currently use Whiting services for seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system. Setting up appointments have been a positive experience, Justin's communication is very good. The scope of work is always very clear, price quoted is fair, and the work is always completed as expected. These guys aren't pushy when it comes to non-standard services, or putting you on the spot about an expensive repair. During the last visit they identified some patchy work that the last installer did on my system (that had been driving me crazy since I moved in to the house), and did a primo job fixing it!

All the big name companies couldn’t come out to service my down HVAC system on a Sunday night, these guys were there within 30 minutes and promptly replaced my condenser and had my house cool again! Fair rates and quality service!

The previous company I used left me unsure that their technicians really knew what they were doing. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended Whiting, Justin was awesome! You know you can trust a technician to do the right job when he takes the initiative to video tape the entire repair and post it publicly! Honest and well trained, I'd highly recommend Whiting!

Incredibly impressed with Justin's responsiveness, quality of work, and professionalism. As a property owner, I rely heavily on contractors to assess and resolve issues on the property. As such, I need someone that is easy to work with, trustworthy, and fully transparent.

I had no idea what happened to my AC unit. Justin said he could be out the next morning at 9. He was here right on time and helped walk me through the issue so I had an idea (very professional). Everything is working great and he provided recommendations for the future based on the old equipment. I would recommend him to anyone.

Justin and his team were a real life-saver. During the coldest night of the year, our furnace broke. We were without heat with a 1-year-old. I called him, explained the situation, and he rearranged his appointments the next morning to make sure our furnace would be replaced ASAP. By 2 pm the next day, we had heat. And he didn't upcharge me at all due to the urgent matter. His price was very fair. I highly recommend Whiting Services and will be calling him again for future service.

I had Whining Services install my new furnace two years ago. Last week it wouldn't light so Justin came right over. He was like a detective! I watched as he isolated the problem and determined there was a sparrow that had made it's way into the blower! The fan was not obstructed but Justin knew the airflow was affected, Now many would have given up and installed a new blower but not Justin. He was determined to get that bird out and did. His eighteen years of experience and work ethic saved me a ton of money! I couldn't be more satisfied with Whiting Services.

Called for services and quote by neighbor. Unplugged the wrong disconnect switch for a different condo unit. Left switch unplugged. When called to speak about the situation the person/owner of the company was rude and neglected to own up to what had happened. They do not back their servicing and/or right their wrong doings. I do not personally trust this business and would not recommend them to anyone.

My usual source for HVAC work had been slipping on both the phone and service end of things, so when I got home late one recent night to find my A/C pumping humid, 92 degree air into my home I searched for a place that was still open after the usual hours. Fast forward under 24 hours later and Justin has completely solved my problem and it ended up being less than half of what I was expecting to pay. And I could pay with a credit card, on the spot. I have a new usual source!

Whiting recently replaced my heater and central air units. Justin was out within 30 minutes from my call to review my needs and provide a quote. We needed a fair amount of duct work changes to move the unit's filter to a location that is easier to access. A few other service providers who came out didn't even quote because it was too much work (as if I wasn't going to pay them for it). Justin's was out a couple days later to do the install, just before the temps got really cold. Project was done right and thy cleaned up when finished. Justin's quote was the best price
