I locked my keys in my car like a dummy but no worries. I called and within 20 minutes he arrived at my house. He unlocked my car in like 30 seconds. Ok so I am a dork who locks my keys in the car more than a few times. I have used several of this kind of services to unlock my car. This company is by far the best ever. They are fast. Caleb is a lifesaver! I foolishly locked my keys in my car as I was warming it up before work. The second I closed the door, I knew I had messed up! He arrived very quickly and did the job in under a minute. Unreal. The only issue I had was that he didn't verify that it was my vehicle. He unlocked the door, I paid him, and that was it. Anyone who saw my keys on the car seat could have called him, had it unlocked, and made off with my vehicle. So, I'm not sure how (or even if) they have a method of verifying ownership. Overall, however, it was a pleasant and quick experience. Should it happen again (obviously we hope it doesn't), we'd call on this company again and recommend to our friends.
