I took the ignition switch cylinder from my truck to them to have it rekeyed. I was told they could not do that to the cylinder I brought in but they could do it to a new one. So, a little over $100.00 later, I left with a rekeyed lock. I put it back into the switch on my truck and it worked about 10 times then failed. Would not turn, It took a long time to get it out but I did and took it back today. They took a look and determined it was "a side bar failure". I asked if it could be repaired and quickly was told there was no guarantee on the lock. Needless to say, I won't use them again. It doesn
