We have worked with Bill twice for new door lock installation and, a year later, re-keying of the locks, on our elderly mom’s house. Bill was the consummate professional on both occasions. I highly recommend Bill for any locksmith job. I needed a deadbolt fixed and he had no problem doing it, not only did he fix the deadbolt but he fixed the door frame where the new deadbolt would line up correctly. Due to unexpected circumstances, I needed to change the locks on my house over the weekend. Bill responded quickly and was able to efficiently get the locks changed and even repaired a small problem that was making one door difficult to close. He was very professional and kind, going out of his way to help reset the keyless entry as well. In the midst of the crisis going on, I appreciated his quick response and professional manner.
