The team was on time. Helped with many small things like helping move mom’s lift chair to her neighbors and then adjust the neighbors furniture. Helping guide about mattress donations (or inability to do so). And many other small items throughout the day that could have made a stressful day very much so, but instead a very pleasant day.

Last minute changes had me scrambling, but Bigger Better Movers saved the day! Ontario and Marcellus were prompt, polite, and made a stressful situation bearable. The care and attention they took with every item was so appreciated. Highly recommend them for any short moving! Ontario is exceptional in his wrapping and loading skills!

THE MOST AMAZING FIRST EXPERIENCE USING A MOVING COMPANY! First let’s start off with Matthew, Matthew was an amazing introduction to the company asked about what needed to be moved and gave me a quote the same day, no payment is processed till the move day and the flat rate is reasonable compared to others. He was also a great conversation piece, (I love Matthew he will make your day better one move at a time). then we have the actual movers Turner & Zach they did a splendid job with all our big heavy items (we lived on the 3rd floor so that says a lot ) they moved swiftly and efficiently!!!

Turner and his crew were super friendly and professional, got to work right away, and didn't slow down until the job was done. Got it all finished in much less time than was quoted, and were careful with my stuff. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Solid work, thanks Gents!

We had an excellent experience with Bigger Better Movers. Scheduling the move was easy. After scheduling I received both a text and emailing confirming date & time of the move, and the pickup & delivery addresses. I received a text the night before confirming. Then the morning of the move I received a call and a text letting me know the guys were en route with an ETA. Moving truck was newer with hydraulic lift on the back. The two gentlemen who arrived, Grayson & Ronnie, we’re very courteous & professional. They carefully took the furniture apart (desks) and carefully wrapped every furniture

Wish we could give these guys 6 stars because they were absolutely the best. My husband and I have moved a handful of times over the years and these guys were hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. The three gentlemen that helped us move were prompt, efficient, had great attitudes—true professionals. We were so grateful to have them help us move during an otherwise stressful process. I would recommend Bigger Better Movers to all our friends and wont hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had hired them to help my parents move. They were fantastic! The office staff was very friendly and they were very responsive as well! They gentleman who moved us were very fun to work with! They were professional and quick but also careful with my parents belongings. I will definitely be using them again. They made the moving process easier and so much more fun!

This company is a rip off it preys on the elderly... They scam there own employees. My boyfriend used to work there until he got tired of them not paying him correctly. they get paid on the 1st and the 15th and his check would only be 500 sometimes alil more for over 80hrs. So now that my bf no longer works there they owe him a week's worth of pay and the operations manager David first told him that his last week and tips were included in they check on the 15th so that wouldbe 3 weeks plus his tips his check on the 15th was 648.00 lol. When David was confronted with the dates he then switched it

We had a great experience with Bigger Better Movers, the customer service was top notch from the first call to the completion of the job. They gave us a heads up when they would arrive, showed up when they said they would, seemed to take care of all that was moved (we haven't unpacked it all yet) and even got things out of the attic that I wasn't able to.
