They provided a price back in April. I agreed to the quote and asked if it could be done in September giving them plenty of time to pull permits and get the material. They agreed and said that would be a good time for them as well. September comes and they never even pulled a permit. I was told no big deal they could pull the permit and start in two weeks. I did receive one phone call back with them wanting to add $1,200 to the price of the job for permits and inspections. I’m a contractor myself and knew the cost of permits was only $200-$300 for this small job. Again I agreed to a $500
