Interface with Architect/Designer throughout the design process providing cost analysis at each design phase (Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents).
Depending on your needs, we are always pleased to recommend an Architect or Designer for your Colorado custom home, or well considered renovation project, and our recommendations include select Colorado based companies, that are like minded, and are passionate about construction. It went well. We compared several companies and hands down Paramount was the best. They provided a very detailed quote for our basement remodel, down to brackets on the door, so I knew where every cent went. Ryan and Tony were both very professional and are experts in their field. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I have been wildly underwhelmed with the responsiveness and quality of the work of this company. We had a tub put in and a bathroom remodel and we’re told that a bump in the tub was “normal” and they would fill it it which caused a hole being cut into the wall in our closet. When that same tub started peeling they eventually replaced it but not without a 2 month delay because they were negotiating labor with the manufacturer while our house sat with a peeling tub, and a hole in the wall. When the new tub was installed it didn’t have the bump that was “normal” and now almost three weeks

Levi and his team completed a total home remodel for my clients and it was a great experience to work with them. Their team is nice, professional and a pleasure to be around. Their finished product, and knowledge of different price points, and product availability always helps me to make decisions for myself or my clients. They are upfront about scheduling, and they start a job with the same gusto as when they finish a job. The final product is very professionally done. I love our basement that Paramount remodeled for us in ~2011. I've been working down here during the pandemic, so I thought I'd do a review. This basement is still awesome after almost ten years. Paramount drywalled around a few odd features in this approx. 800 square foot basement in a 1971 ranch house. They made it look so nice and professionally done. The half bath is beautiful. They did a large egress window lined with timbers instead of the usual plastic/aluminum lining and it's still wonderful. It's the nicest room in this house really.

Paramount remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with the remodel. We received new ideas for pantry space that we are really enjoying as well as the undercabinet lighting. The job took longer than was estimated due to problems incurred with damaged cabinets but everything was repaired satisfactory. All punchlisted items were addressed without hesitation and properly repaired.

I hired Paramount to redo my 20yo kitchen and master bathroom, as well as the floor in the laundry room and update the powder room to match the master bathroom. From the start, Ryan was helpful and encouraging for the changes I wanted done, and he provided more suggestions to make the picture complete. The quote was detailed and honest, and it highlighted areas where there could be more cost. Derek was wonderful as a lead and with managing the various subcontractors that came in and out. He made certain that work was complete and done to a higher standard. No question or request I had was ignored

Paramount finished our basement and we are very happy with the final product. All of the trade people were very professional and did great work. The job ran a little long, but all problems were resolved to our complete satisfaction. The office could be a little better coordinated. Overall, we highly recommend the work.
