I called this company to replace a lock cylinder on My front entrance for a business. The technician came out, after he came out he fumbled through listening to what I wanted him to do and he said he would call me right back. I received a phone call from someone else, from an unavailable number, moments later who said they couldn't fix the lock and that they would have to come out another day... I told him that I needed it fixed that day because someone tried to break into our business. He then rudely hung up and then blocked my return call. I would say go elsewhere for better quality of customer

My key stopped working to access an outside storage unit. Called the people who installed the lock and they quoted me 95-150 dollars. I called A1 for a quote and the locksmith advised me to spray WD-40 into the lock and put the key in a few times and it worked!!! Yes I saved money, but their honesty earned a long-term customer.

Sal was so quick! He came 20 minutes after my call and he literally opened my apartment door in under 5 seconds. I blinked and my door was open again..! This is a pretty good locksmith service. I've used them several times for everything. They have changed the locks on my apartment, made me keys for my mailbox and car. I even used them at 3am when I was coming back from the bar and realized I did not have my keys. They were pretty quick and relatively inexpensive considering what else is out there. I would recommend these people to my family and friends, let alone the entire Yelp! world. Take it from me, I have used a lot of locksmiths in my time, these people are really good.
