They helped replace a part to my garage door. The first time they came out to assess the door, they were very knowledgeable about how to fix it. The guy knew what part but it was out of stock so he did a temporary fix. They came out with the part but it was actually the wrong model. They installed it and the door worked well. Due to the actual part being out of stock, it took almost 4 months for them to come back out to finalize the process. All in all, they did a good job.

Back in early summer, I wanted to replace my two garage doors. I called around to a few places. Magic City Door was equipped to handle my door replacement. Others in the area stopped servicing the area. I am very satisfied with the doors, the service and the price. The office as well as the service technicians are very professional and very responsive to my calls. From the beginning of receiving a free estimate, to placing the order, and installation, the process was flawless. To be transparent, one of the lower panels had a slight dent. I took a picture and asked for the panel to be replaced.

Techs were friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. They repaired a blown logic board in my aged opener instead of trying to sell me a new one which is what I was certain was needed. They also had remotes with them that programmed to the opener without difficulty. I’ve tried numerous OEM and universal remotes with no success but they hooked me right up. Total cost was way better than expected. I don’t believe you can go wrong with this company

I am astonished this company has any bad reviews ! I bought my home 4 years ago and has a broken garage door the first day! Not Only did they come out the next am , they fixed it at about half the cost I expected ! I've had 4 other issues with my door ( once I hit it with my car abs it had a small dent ) the guy is able to fix absolutely everything! They ALWAYS came when they were suppoxed to .
last year right after COVID started I wanted a smart garage door ( with WiFi ) instead of selling my one that would have cost 700 plus had to wait bc. Of slow mail they advised I get my own at Home

We had an appointment this morning at 8:30 - 9:00 to get an estimate for new garage doors. At 9:15, I had to send a message to see if they were coming. Response was that they were getting a late start and could I reschedule for later? Told them to forget it as they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were going to be late. I had to initiate the inquiry.

These folks did a good job installing THREE automatic garage doors for me. The installer was a genius and did it all alone.
I can't speak well about after the sale service. My lights stay on all the time and it bothers me to waste electricity. I have to come back in the garage and turn them off manually.
I called and asked if a repairman could call me. I was going to see if I needed an electrician. The lady promised someone would call. Two more days and 3 more calls. Rude reception last time. My lights remain on. No one ever bothered to call me. They take paying clients for granted
