Took nearly a month to get an inspection “report” on our chimney which was barely 3 sentences long (not cross-referenced to photos or anything). The included photos were screenshots of a text conversation with the photos, not the actual photos themselves, and again, there were no descriptions included with any of the photos.
I am glad for the information provided but very unsure why it took so long and cost so much money ($295) for something that seemed so hastily put together and so surface level.

Great Service, Great Prices! We went to Royal Fireplace yesterday and met Harry, the owner. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and caring, while he helped us choose the right log set for our fireplace. We had been to a few other places, and were told that the installation would take 1-4 weeks, so when Harry said he could send his brother-in-law Armik to install it the next day we bought the chosen set immediatly.
Armik came this morning to install the set, and he was wonderful. He has been doing this for over 20 years, so in less than an hour we had our beautiful new fireplace set working

They're not licensed or insured for rooftop work so they can't actually inspect your chimney cap or perform exterior repairs even though they'll tell you on the phone they can. Basically, they can paint your fireplace black again or hardsell you new ceramic logs. And they want you to pay a fee to come out and tell you that. Complete clowns.

I cannot recommend this store enough. We had a few stores to choose from and we chose to stop by Royal Fireplace first. Thank goodness we did. The owner is knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. We bought our fireplace insert and they had it installed within 30 minutes. We couldn't have been happier! Just in time for the cool weather and the holidays.

I am writing this review because, in my case, Royal Fireplace has failed to deliver and install a custom fireplace door I ordered from them. I ordered the doors in August 29, 2020 and, was informed that it will take 3 weeks. The cost with installation came close to a $1000.00. I left a deposit of almost 1/2 the cost and called it a day. Someone came to my home to measure that very same day and remeasured a week later once the marble surround was installed. I called after getting close to the 3 week period have passed and, it took them awhile to find the order, if they actually found it.

They have been here for a quarter of century and considered a landmark shop carrying major brands like realfyre, lenix and more.
During my visit two TV show producers and decorators ordered few custom design fireplaces and accessories.
This find was amazing and I got all I needed that otherwise had ten to twelve weeks lead.

Amazing! I wanted new doors for our fireplace from a specific manufacturer. Harry and Armik worked with me from beginning to end and also worked with the manufacturer to make sure the measurements were just right. The before and after photos speak for themselves. We also painted the interior and replaced the logs and the rocks. Thank you for everything we are so happy with the end result!

Harry gave me a decent deal and our new fireplace is nice and works well. However, I was extremely disappointed because we had agreed they would clean out the fireplace before installation as it was filthy with construction dust. I made it clear to Harry that I was very concerned about toxic dust and showed him photos to indicate how dirty it was. But when his brother-in-law arrived to do the work he knew nothing about a need for cleaning and asked to borrow my vacuum! Uh, NO. He swept it out by hand but it was not the professional job I was expecting.

What can you say... Harry and Armik were amazing.... prices so fare and straight forward. But seriously the service INCREDIBLE!!! We went in on Saturday (today) at 2:20pm and bought gas ceramic set up, and to have our inside of fireplace painted, and asked if by chance it could be installed today kind of laughing thinking probably impossible. They made it happen just 2 hours later... amazing! Looks great! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

We were looking for fireplace mesh or hanging screen for our fireplace. It wasn't easy to find, but this little shop had it. Great service! I am so glad we found this store and made our purchase there. The owner is very personable, and the store is filled with ANYTHING one might need for a fireplace, from high end to the humble screens in a variety of sizes.

Service, quality of product, pricing and speed of installation can't get any better! Yesterday my husband and I visited Royal Fireplace to check out our options for gas fireplace logs. We first stopped in to buy a chimney cap to keep the rain out and purchased one for a reasonable price. The salesman showed me how to install it. While we were there we looked around the shop and noticed the gas log sets. One display was burning and it really looked real and felt warm. I've never been a fan of gas logs but this one looked very realistic.

When I walked in I was delighted to discover they had the part I was looking for, a 12 inch Blue Flame Gas Valve Key. The prior two hardware stores I visited only had 8 inch and my current key was broken. I showed it to the fellow behind the counter and smiled when he showed me he had the replacement. He told me it was $30. I told him that seemed like a lot, but he said that was the price so I paid it, otherwise our fireplace wouldn't work.
