JRC did a great job designing and installing new rails in my townhome. Granted, there was a delay with the job due to current material challenges - but they came through in the end. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. These new rails have really changed the look inside my place - I highly recommend JRC for your decorative iron work project. Given the pandemic and current backlogs - everyone needs to be patient. The job will get done - and done very well.

I want to thank Rene and his team for doing such an amazing job on our home ! We are so happy with the service and the results ! We defiantly are recommending your company to friends and family!! We bought a double gate with a solid backing for our trash enclosure to match our existing wrought iron gates and railings at out front steps. JRC came out promptly and gave us a quote in a couple of days. They were competitively priced and gave us a drawing along with the written quote. It took 9 weeks to get the install done but they tell you in advance about the lead time, which was similar to other bids. The workmanship and install were high quality and professional.

Sorry JRC but I was done giving opportunities, enough was enough. I wasn't going to write a review just as I stated however I'm still dealing with the lock on the door that doesn't work on hot days. I'm unable to open it, half the time in won't engage and the other times because of warping it's engaged so tight because the hole drilled was back too far that it's stuck. Now I've tried so hard so many times to disengage a door that is warped the lock is now broken and it's going to cost me $150 to have a locksmith come out and take care of once again

Roll on 2021, Gates from 2012 still look great.
Decided that I wanted an ornamental garden hanging basket stand from a certain 70s TV show (think Texas); could not find anything similar on the internet, so I sent JRC some sketches/pictures and they designed and manufactured the hanging basket stand for me. Looks great and very happy with the product and service.

Not sure what happened with the other recent reviews, but we were very impressed with Rene, Stephanie, and all the JRC team! They did warn us that they were busy, yet we found Rene a delight to work with and very responsive to our follow-ups and questions.
Overall the stair railings are beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent! We highly recommend these local artisans and good family business!

Got two gates from this place and at the time, they were awesome!! However, sad to say, the quality and craftsmanship didn't last!!
Owner saw the gates and didn't really do much for repairs. Just said to replace them!
It's ok, no need for new proposals or anything!! Gates and materials should last more than 7 years!!
I have gotten 4 bids and have already installed new gates and bars.
The gates are now properly measured and no pets or rodents can crawl underground the gates. YOU measured the gates and when it was installed, I questioned it, but, nothing could be done.

I found JRC through Yelp. After going through their pictures, I fell in love with the horizontal gates and fences they've made for other clients. It's really sturdy. Jesse was really nice and had a lot of ideas. I couldn't decide on a color (white or black) but he was able to look at our house as a whole and gave us his opinion on why black would be the best to match the rest of our our colors. He looked at our wall color, roof color, door color, and even our door knob color.
The only minor complaint I have is that I was very specific about the gate not being taller than the block

This is our second project using JRC and they have really outdone themselves. Fantastic job this time for our CMU Wall guardrail and side yard gate (See pics below). The mounting and finishing quality of the guardrail and gate are top notch. Our backyard finally looks complete with the guardrail surrounding the sunken pool area. Rene and his crew worked tirelessly and were able to get it all one done in one day. Very impressive. I have also included photographs from the first job they did for us which was a driveway vehicle gate, see below.

Can't thank JRC enough for the work they did on creating and installing our new wrought iron gate. After a different "contractor" ruined our previous gate, Rene from JRC came out to see what we were in need of. While looking at the layout of the side of our house, he gave us suggestions on what he thought would work best, as well as a rough idea of the cost we were looking at. Not much later, he sent us a mock-up design, which was perfection, and from there we were off and running! Our wrought iron gate was created from scratch to our desired specifications. Had a gate installed 3-4 years ago. Looked great, then about a year after installation the bracket for the opener broke (should have been a sign), they came out and repaired it for free. Fast forward to year 2, powder coat is flashing off at the bottom... Due to rust from inside the bottom frame. They offered to repaint the entire gate of I paid for the material. Paint? It was powder coated, they said powder coating is just fancy paint and needs to be maintained. Jesse (gate estimator), Stephanie and Ashley (manager and receptionist), and installers were all very professional.
Despite being a bit disgruntled for deadlines being pushed to the last minute, Stephanie and Ashley were very polite and calm.
Jesse was very diligent with getting the exact measurements. He and his team came over to retake measurements 4 times throughout the entire process. The only con would be the timing. A few times they came over
