They came out the last couple of days on behalf of AT&T. This is the worst company to use for tree services. Their work is horrendous, holes in the trees and bushes. Very choppy and messy work. They're extremely unsafe as well, leaning ladders directly on the power lines. Wow! That was cringeworthy. We called AT&T and tried to call their business. Unfortunately, Customer service is non existent, apparently they don't like to answer phone calls. If we could give negative stars We definitely would.

We hired Derrick and his crew to do quite a bit of weight reduction and thinning on a eucalyptus and two oaks. The morning that they were scheduled to do the work was raining, very windy (30 mph gusts) and cold. I assumed they would re-schedule, but they came out and got everything done, and done quickly. They were professional, courteous, and left the yard cleaner than the wind and rain would have left it. Highly recommended!

Hired Twin Cities for tree removal and bushes/hedges trimming. Everyone from the office manager, Jill to Brennan the estimator to Tanner the lead on the crew and the crew were WONDERFUL! They are all hard workers and definite professionals. A tree was removed without any damage to surrounding landscape or cement curbing. Cleanup was superb! Upon completion, there was nothing left undone! We did our walk thru and was quite pleased with the results. Will definitely call for future services needed.

We're very glad we chose Twin Cities. We live on a 1/2 acre lit with LOTS of trees, and a variety of trees, that all needed pruning, trimming, thinning, and shaping up. We had Tim & crew out for a half day and they worked tirelessly and got it all done. Tim communicated throughout the whole day , walking the property with us several times, to be sure we were getting things done to our expectations, pointing out areas of concern & getting out approval on the work as they progressed. We had Twin Cities out to give us a quote and recommendations for trimming some very large trees. We were really impressed with the arborist's knowledge and felt really confident in their work, which was done by obviously-experienced climbers and landscapers. The arborist came out during the day to make sure everything was going well and the person in charge for the day checked with me a couple of times throughout the day to make sure I understood what was happening and was happy with certain tree shapes. We definitely will trust them with our trees again!

I had a house that was closing the same day half of a huge pear tree fell on the fence, and the buyers would not close until the tree was gone and fence was fixed. I called four places and this was the only place that handled "emergency removals" and every single place was booked up for 4-6 weeks. Derrick came right over and did an estimate, and then had to do some shuffling around to make it work, and although his crew had already worked a very full day, they actually came out that evening and cut that branch down, and then they left the place clean, clean, clean! After 3 failed attempts at getting a tree service to our home for an estimate, Twin Cities Tree Service came through for us! Exceptional communication and service! Jill and Brennan were a big help in getting the team of tree removers to our house. The guys were friendly, fun and they paid extra attention to detail. We had 6 crape myrtles behind our pool on a small hill and they were cut down and chipped away. Our yard and pool were left cleaner than when they arrived! I would 100% recommend this company for your residential and commercial needs!

After reading my post some months ago, the owner sent a very nice employee out to correct our issue. They straightened out our tree and made sure we were satisfied with their work. The area supervisor Scott came out and explained what needed to be done to my property's trees after they were damaged in the Lobo fire. He seemed to be knowledgeable, and was very friendly and nice.
We agreed his crew would come out for a half-day service call: We set a day and time.
I was at the property with Round Table Pizza's and a tub of iced waters.
I waited, no crew. I called and texted Scott, no reply. Seriously, no reply at all.
The next day, after reaching out to the office number, I got a call back from a self professed

I can't vouch for price because they came through on behalf of AT&T. But they were professional by leaving a tag on our door letting us know they'd be by the next day so we could unlock our gate & they could clear the fallen limbs. When I went out to let them know about the tree in question the WHOLE crew was very polite & friendly. If I had a job I needed to do, I would definitely give them a call & get a quote.

Derek and his team were terrific. We had six huge redwood trees removed that were dangerously planted close to our house. The tallest was 100 feet and it was amazing to watch the sawyers and crane operator working together to safely remove them in tight quarters. Derek's crew were professional, on time, courteous and hard working. Derek accurately determined the work to be done, the cost, et cetera and then delivered on the work in an amazing way. I can give no higher recommendation for this company. We were very happy with the price and product we received and would use them again in a heartbeat

This company also came by on behalf of AT&T and left a mess. Leaves, sticks and twigs were left all over the back yard and a trail of debris was also left in my driveway. I called the company and left a message about the mess, no one returned my call. I'm also not an AT&T customer, I plan to refuse access to my back yard the next time they come around.

I hired these guys to do some work by the hour. Big mistake!! I should have done it by the job. The guy that quoted the job was professional. However the owner of the company sent a crew who were green thumbed, lazy and lacked organization. By lunch time they were moving at a snails pace. They were dropping trees all over the place then dragging tree over top of other trees instead of cutting what's close and working closer to the equipment. They ended up taking almost double the quoted time. When I tried pointing out to the crew leader that it might be more efficient to drop trees closer

I highly recommend this place for clean up and height reduction on trees. We recently moved into a house in loomis and Derrick came out and was very professional and quoted the job much less expensive then another company. He said they also match prices. When they went over the time he did not charge me for the extra time. They had a crew of 4-5 people at once and they worked very fast to reduce the tall trees, and it really made a big difference and opened up the view.
