Recently, we installed a 16kW System in Shoreline, WA using 400 watt modules and Enphase micro-inverters. Our customer elected to also install an Ensemble Energy Store. Evo Energy Brings Additional Energy Storage and Quality Service to Northern California Homeowner. Soligent took care of us on the original installation and took care of us for the storage as well.

Quick to respond to a request for quote, but the response was a less than professional 20 questions via text message, asking for background and information on the installing company. I get it, they want big fish long term buyer relationships, but they certainly could show an interest in smaller installers just getting started. I'll stick with having my product shipped in from out of state. Pretty disappointed.

I received a "California Preliminary 20-Day Notice" of a Mechanics Lien from this company. I had no direct dealing with this company, but apparently my solar installer purchased my panels, etc from them. Even though I have already paid my bill in full to my installer, this third party company is setting itself up to potentially place a lien on my residence even though they have no direct dealing with me. Strong Arm bully tactics employed just because they can. When Burt Richardson, in their "Customer Finance Department" finally returned my call after 3 days, all he could offer was "because this
