We are a full-service audiovisual production company specializing in AV, sound systems, video and projection screens, lighting, and staging for live events. With Tony's help we designed live interactive 3D backdrops and effects for a theater production. It was one of the most successful and experimental shows that has been done in the Seattle area. My students had a wonderful time and learned a great deal from having Tony on our team when it comes to technical and artistic production.

Tony is a pro. We are a small school and he worked carefully with us will all aspects of budget and systems. His install was on time and he, and a partner, carefully walked us through all aspects of our new system. Our new system is easy to use, perfectly installed, and an impressive tech upgrade for us. TEP was fantastic to work with! They helped me custom design a stage, and worked with a complicated delivery/pick-up schedule. Jason and Tony were on top of things from the start, making sure everything was installed to my specifications. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be calling them again in the future!

Tony and his crew were great. They showed up on time and took direction very well. Our event was only for 2 hours but they showed up 2 hours before start time to accommodate my time constraints. Once everything was set up they helped with test runs and then stepped out of sight so the event could run without interruption. Tony's professionalism went a long way in setting my mind at ease. It's a great thing when you can delegate and move on without a lot of micro-managing. I would and will recommend TEP for any event in the future.

Tony’s work is seamless, he goes above and beyond and takes initiative when communicating with the venue on floor layout, equipment available on site, etc. His team is professional and they were adept at facilitating technical questions during my event and quickly adapting to nuances and last minute changes. I will definitely use TEP again. We rented a pair of speakers for an outdoor 5k run. The install tech showed up on time and came prepared to handle any and all weather conditions (it was pouring rain). He was friendly, professional and took care of the setup and teardown. The whole process, from gathering the initial estimate, to the day of the event was beyond easy. I couldn't be happier.

Working with TEP and Tony Gavilanes was a great experience. Tony and his crew provided 5 star service and professionalism all the way from helping us identify our AV needs, working creatively within our budget through to the technical support we needed the day of our event.
