Black Pines Builders was founded in 2008 with a passion for superior quality, fine craftsmanship and unparalleled customer service. These values have kept us grounded while we have advanced over the years. We knew at the time there was a need for high quality custom home builders who also treated their customers and subcontractors better than others.
Design/Build is a simple premise: The same firm that designs your project also builds it. This process ensures that one company is completely responsible and answerable for the life of the project, from initial concept through completion. By taking a one-stop-shop, team approach, Design/Build means that you will no longer navigate through an overwhelming number of details, sub-contractors, and vendors alone.
At our initial meeting, we want to get to know you and what you're looking for in your new home. Architecture and building are a balance of form and function. We work with you to determine your needs and aesthetic. This phase may also entail initial work on site selection, budget and timeline. While we can work with any financial arrangement, we have excellent resources for finding the best construction and permanent financing options available.

Jeff and his team of subcontractors are simply the best around! We have worked on 3 different renovation projects together over the last 6 years. He is meticulous with every detail, providing exceptional finish quality. After recently completing a 4 month renovation that included a full kitchen, pantry, laundry, hardwood floor and front door overhaul, he finished on time and on budget - even during a global pandemic. I highly recommend Black Pines Builders!

We have had two wonderfully successful renovations with Black Pines Builders; the first inside redoing and expanding the kitchen, living room, and basement, and the second this last year adding a sun room and new deck. I'm so glad I chose Black Pines to build our home. Their work exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. They'll stick with you from the very first phone call to day they give you the keys - making the process of building a custom home stress-free and enjoyable. Everything they do and build is super high quality, custom, and done in a timely manner. Jeff, the owner, is super patient and is a great communicator throughout the whole process. We wanted to get a finished basement for our recently bought house. I started looking on the internet and saw several very good reviews for Jeff and his team. I was a little skeptical but decided to give it a try. It definitely was a very good decision. Already at the first meeting with Jeff we were very impressed with him. He looked at the basement, we told him approximately what we wanted for our basement and less than an hour later he already showed us a professionally looking floor plan with several suggestions as to what should be done. Amazing job finishing my basement. Everything was on the schedule laid out and at the cost in the estimate. The value for the price was incredible. I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was professional to a T. Not one issue. I got nit-picky on one little thing after the work was done and the owner was at my house and made me happy instantly. You won't be disappointed with Black Pines.

I completely built out my basement using Black Pine Builders. Working with Jeff was easy from start to finish. He helped me with my basement design and answered every question I had throughout the entire process.
